    This time I had multiple item to correct or replace including a recall item. They started on time and finished very quickly. Service personnel were friendly and efficient.

    The Car - I bought the car Brand New - Overall I've been please - a couple minor things, the gas mileage averages 27-28 miles per gallon not 32 -34. I hate the low profile 18" tires, I've had to put new tires on every year since I bought… it, and the buckets seats are looking all wrinkly. The Service Department - has been awesome throughout the 5 years I've been going there with this car.

    I have a 2000 Ford Explorer. I have all my maintenance done at Vanderhyde Ford and they are knowledgeable, honest, and always answer all my questions. Great customer service. Thank you for taking such great care of me.

    I purchased my F150 with 34k miles on it just over 3 years ago. Today I have over 150k miles on it and their customer service has been exceptional since day 1. Chris and his entire team are first class.
