Yesterday my wife and I leased our second vehicle from Central Jeep in Raynham, The level of service we received from the entire staff during our first lease made it extremely easy to lease again from Central I believe the leadership from the GM Adam Silver is second to none and is very hard to come by and it is clear why I always walk in the door and its busy. I have purchased many vehicles and have never had the level of care than what I receive at Central in Raynham. The Central team was quick to find exactly what I was looking for and spent as much time as we needed to understand the numbers and how we could make this work. It is rare to do business where you walk in and you are not just another face but you feel like you are surrounded by friends. In addition, Ryan Albert is always ready to talk about the latest vehicles and is willing to go above and beyond to help find what I'm looking for. From accessories to tinting my front windows Ryan is the man!

I have a newer Promaster but put a ton of miles on It so I am in for service and maintenance more than the average person. It's not always good news but the people there do the best they can for me and keep their promises. Everyone there is great but a special shout out to Kim and Bruce.

2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I shopped for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee by calling (12) Jeep dealerships in my region. I gave each of these dealers the exact same parameters, and the range of responses, and pricing, was unbelievable. One dealer indicated that the Jeep I wanted was not available anywhere, two never got back to me after our initial conversation, and the remainder provided lease pricing literally all over the map, many offering quotes different than what I asked for. The end result is that I bought my new Jeep from Central Jeep in Raynham. Gary, the salesman, was incredibly easy to deal with. He quoted, and stuck with, the lowest lease price, matched exactly to my requirements. This was all executed over the phone. This also included my trade-in, and they actually gave me more for my trade once they checked it out. The leasing process could not have been easier, and I am confident that I could not have gotten a better deal anywhere else. I personally recommend Central Jeep!

I had an incredible experience!!! I live in Washington, DC and found the car I was looking for on their website (which was up to date with the cars on their lot!) after going to five different dealers in a 30 mile radius. I placed a call to see if they could meet my price, and they DID!!! IMMEDIATELY!! Ariel, who answered the phone, took care of me right away and never kept me waiting or confused. Absolutely no haggling or the silly song & dance of negotiations - seriously. They were straight with me from the get-go, which I didn't think was even possible at a car dealership!! Ariel was just lovely and so helpful and passed me on to work with Gary in sales. Gary provided stellar customer service every step of the way - he was genuine, thorough, always nice, on point, and went out of his way multiple times to help me navigate the complicated circumstances of a DC resident purchasing a car in MA. He just went above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about working with him. Gary gets TEN stars from me!! He and his team put every dealer in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area to shame!! They were SO awesome that I just couldn't not buy the car from them. So I booked a one-way ticket on JetBlue, got the whole process done in a few hours, and drove the car of my dreams (Jeep Renegade) back down to DC on the same day. It was worth every minute of it. Gary is amazing for sure, but I was also so impressed by the entire team effort - Jon, the sales manager was straightforward, funny, and also gave 110% effort (even AFTER HOURS the night before I got there to make sure everything was worked out). Greg, the business manager walked me through every step of my financing and paper signing with such a pleasant demeanor when I was there. He never badgered me about anything I didn't want, was so thorough and careful, and there were no hidden costs snuck in here and there. Adam, the general manager even came out of his way to greet me when I was at the dealer. They made the process so much easier and enjoyable than all of the dealers I saw around where I live. They made me feel like I was a member of their family. People: I cannot even tell you what a dream it was to work with these folks!!! I got an amazing deal, zero hassle, lots of smiles and friendly thorough communication. I didn't even tell them (so maybe they'll find out if they read this) that I had gotten a VIP referral to a DC-area dealer manager from a co-worker of mine, and I STILL preferred to do business with Central Dodge. Please don't count out this dealer, wherever you may live. They are WELL worth it.

I recently purchased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Central Jeep in Raynham and I couldnt be happier. The entire experience, from my first visit to the dealership through taking delivery of my new Jeep was excellent! For starters, when you arrive the salesman are not waiting to pounce on you as soon as you step out of your car. This was something that had steered me away from other dealers. My salesman, Gary, was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable about the vehicles and patiently answered all my questions. During my first visit I test-drove a 2015 model that had a black interior. At the end of the test drive I explained that I wanted to think about the car and decide whether or not it was the one for me. Gary gave me his contact information and told me to call with any questions, no pressure. After some research I decided on the 2016 model with a tan interior and found the exact car I wanted online at another dealer quite a distance away. When I called Central Chrysler I spoke with Adam as it was Garys day off and he quickly got back to me stating he could obtain the car I wanted for the price I stated I was willing to pay. The very next day Gary called to say the car was on the lot. I arrived to view the vehicle and Gary suggested a test drive to ensure this was the right vehicle for me, after which it was a quick and painless process to sign the paperwork. I returned the next day to pick up my beautiful new Jeep and Gary made sure before I drove away that I understood the vehicles many features. If you are in the market for a new car and want a no pressure, pleasurable buying experience I highly recommend you go and see Gary and Adam at Central Jeep!

What a wonderful place all around, From the GM to the Sales staff. Bought a 2015 Grand Cherokee back in May of last year and had such an easy and good experience at Central that I returned months later and purchased a 2015 RAM. My wife and I went to Central to purchase a Jeep for her a few months ago. Our sales consultant was Gary Rose and he was very knowledgeable and patient with all of my wife's questions. The experience was so great, that a few months later when I decided it was time to trade in my Jeep for a newer model I went back to Central to see Gary again. He remembered who I was and after I gave him my long list of "must haves" and the budget/payment I wanted to stick to, he narrowed it down to two options for me to see. The only feature missing was a tow package which Gary said he would have installed in whichever vehicle I chose the following day so it would be all set for me to pick up after work. I arrived the next day and Gary held his word, my new Jeep was parked right in front sparkling clean with the equipment installed and ready to go. Gary and the financial staff really worked with us on both vehicle purchases to ensure we were informed of all the possible options available, helped us to choose the best warranty for each of our individual needs and made sure we felt comfortable with our payments in the end.

I traveled from New York to MA, a 4 hour ride and it was well worth the trip. This is my 4th Dodge purchased and I'll only purchase in the future from Central Dodge. I had a great experience getting my new vehicle through Chrysler of Raynham. I was upside down in my current vehicle and felt stuck with it. I wanted a newer car with more technology but I didnt think I was eligible. My salesman Gary Rose discussed the benefits of leasing and while I was highly skeptical, he ensured me every step of the way. No matter how many questions I asked he answered them for me. I initially was interested in leasing a Chrysler 200 because I thought it would be affordable (even though I didnt love the look of it), but Gary showed me a bright red 300 that I fell in love with. While I didnt think it was possible for me to get it, he made it happen. He made sure to get me every discount I was eligible for in order to get the car within my budget, and he allowed me to make sure I didnt settle when purchasing my vehicle. I made sure to get all the bells and whistles instead of just settling on a car that didnt really have all the features I wanted. I was very particular about what I wanted and what I liked and he made sure to provide me with multiple options until we found the car I loved. The process was extremely fast and effortless on my end which made the entire experience so much better. There is nothing worse than sitting at a dealership for an entire day. The longest wait in getting my vehicle had to do with my insurance company being slow with sending my paperwork. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the salesmens genuine desire to get me what I truly wanted at a price I could afford and for being so thorough in answering all of my questions.

Jeep Easter Egg Hunt

After looking at 6 brands and visiting 5 dealerships, Jeep was a late entry in the replacement-small-SUV list. Well worth the wait, especially with Adam and Tommy at Central in my corner. I was absolutely shocked when they let me take one overnight to test it out. I was given the space after the test drive to take my time and investigate the options available, choose exactly what I wanted, no pushing. Armed with all of the right information, Adam worked with me to search the area for just the right VIN - even if it wasn't on his own lot (yet). I've heard about the "easter eggs" hidden throughout Jeep vehicles and after hunting down the vehicle itself, I'm excited to see what easter eggs are hiding on MY new Jeep. Fantastic buying experience and thank you also to Edmunds for connecting car buyers to resources, information and people, to make such a big decision a confident one!

I came in with looking to buy a new car to replace the one I had previously owned, and when I walked in Dave Gilday was really nice and helpful! He explained everything to me that was needed to know was happy to answer any questions that I had. The dealership overall was very clean and well kept and the staff was friendly. In the end, Dave was able to get me into a new 2015 Dodge Dart and I couldn't be happier!
