Alec kept in constant contact without being "pushy" and answered… my emails and calls expediciously. In the end we were able to work out a deal on the ecxact vehicle I wanted. I knew within the first 3 minutes of working with him that I was going to purchase from Alec and Best. I initially resigned to the fact that I’d be… willing to pay more for a vehicle from a dealer that made me feel comfortable but then not only was I treated very well, I also got a great deal from Alec and Best. In addition, I was not available to pick up the truck and Alec spent a good amount of time with my wife explaining the vehicle. His care for us after the sale was just as good as when we first started the process. Never have I been treated so well and it was such a great experience. I didn’t have to play any games and never was I pressured by a “manager” or a “closer”. Alec is the right person to have representing Best to the public. I also want to mention someone that I’m sure doesn’t get much recognition. Eric Dana in finance was very upfront and informative. I was referred by a family member to Best and my wife and I have already referred a family member to Alec and Best. Keep doing what you’re doing it’s working well and please make sure Alec Kayla knows how much we appreciate the work he did and how he made us feel. Thank you very much.
