    Excellent experience. I’ve been dealing with Raymond who I’ve made my appointments with. He is thorough in explaining everything to me. What will be done, what needs to done, how much things will cost…extremely knowledgeable and very courteous.

    They made an appointment for me right away with a loaner car. Text me a video of the work needed and repaired it. My service man Chris was great to deal with. I feel the quality of work here is second to none

  • Excellent experience with a caveat

    It was my first time at Audi of Peabody Mass and I was impressed with the process which was seamlessly carried out by the service desk and service techs. The only complaint was the carpet in my vehicle was left with some debris and the car wash was less than par. But overall Ray Baes was professional courteous and gave superb excellent service and will continue to bring my Audi to this dealer.

    Thanks for the quick repair. I used AAA to jumpstart my car. This Audi dealership was close. Even though I stopped in after 5:00pm they were able to fit me in, check my car, install a new battery and get me on my way. Thanks for fitting me in last minute. I had 40 miles to get home so I appreciated their efforts.

    Had a great maintenance experience on my RS7. I decided to wait at the dealership and was able to work and get things done. The car was ready in under two hours which was great! Jim Miscioscia always takes great care of me, I really enjoy working with Jim and his team. Car was washed and vacuumed, and looked great! Overall great experience!

  • This dealer is rip off

    Audi of Peabody charged me $405 for 30 minutes service. This is the most outrageous thing I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never go back to this dealership. Oil change and inspection cost me $595 dollars. Wow! This is criminal.

    I received a text offering me $50 off a service and when I clicked on the link it brought me to online booking for my service at Audi Peabody. I checked 30,000 mile service and it asked if I had a promo discount. I checked that box and the amount $213.84 for the service appeared. I assumed that would be the cost of my service. When my vehicle was ready, my service advisor presented me with a bill of $315.00. I asked if my $50 discount had been applied to which I was told it was never given unless asked for, and he needed to get a manager to approve it. I waited an additional 10 minutes and my bill was $265. I questioned the amount since it was not the amount shown with my online booking. The service advisor said it was always different. I paid my bill but I will be contacting management .
