Excellent experience with a caveat

The only complaint was the carpet in my vehicle was left with some debris and the car… wash was less than par. But overall Ray Baes was professional courteous and gave superb excellent service and will continue to bring my Audi to this dealer.Thank you for your feedback on your recent visit to Audi of Peabody. Late rush repair

Even though I stopped in after 5:00pm they were able to fit me in, check my car, install a new battery and get me on my way. Thanks for fitting me… in last minute. I had 40 miles to get home so I appreciated their efforts.You're welcome! We're glad we could assist you with a quick repair and get you back on the road efficiently. Audi RS7 service

The car was ready in under two hours which was great! Jim Miscioscia always takes great care of me, I really enjoy… working with Jim and his team. Car was washed and vacuumed, and looked great! Overall great experience!We're delighted to hear about your positive maintenance experience with your RS7! It's fantastic that you could make the most of your time by working while waiting, and it's great to know that Jim and his team took excellent care of you. This dealer is rip off
by Reid sean on 01/13/2024Audi of Peabody charged me $405 for 30 minutes service. This is the most outrageous thing I’ve ever experienced. I’ll never go back to this dealership. Oil change and inspection cost me $595 dollars. Wow! This is criminal.Reid, I apologize for the delay in my response, but I want to thank you for taking the time to inform me about your experience with our service. I am deeply sorry for any inconvenience that you may have experienced, and I would like to do everything possible to regain your trust as a valuable customer. by Susan N on 01/11/2024I received a text offering me $50 off a service and when I clicked on the link it brought me to online booking for my service at Audi Peabody. I checked 30,000 mile service and it asked if I had a promo discount. I checked that box and the… amount $213.84 for the service appeared. I assumed that would be the cost of my service. When my vehicle was ready, my service advisor presented me with a bill of $315.00. I asked if my $50 discount had been applied to which I was told it was never given unless asked for, and he needed to get a manager to approve it. I waited an additional 10 minutes and my bill was $265. I questioned the amount since it was not the amount shown with my online booking. The service advisor said it was always different. I paid my bill but I will be contacting management .Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I apologize for the error in communication about the final price for service.
