by John on 04/19/2024I purchased my second vehicle from Bertera Chev. In Palmer, Ma. They take on every task associated with buying a new vehicle, from Insurance, registration, and communicating with prior loan companies. I only buy my vehicles from AJ, who is… always through, making sure everything is set up and working before I drive off the lot. He also makes sure my new car is spotless inside and out. We all know there are salesman who only care about closing a deal, but AJ relates to buyers from a personal standpoint. He is knowledgeable, and has all the paperwork ready to go as quick as possible just to save a customers time. He will follow a sale with multiple calls to inquire about the vehicle experience, and if he can answer any questions related to the vehicle. If you don’t want to feel like you’re just a number, I would recommend reaching out to this dealership, and also AJ.

Poor Attitude, Lack of Customer Focus
by KP on 06/27/2023Was attempting to purchase a High Country Silverado from this dealer - they had two in stock of interest but upon inquiring the only way according to both a salesman, Jake and an alleged Sales Manager - Jacob was for me to drive 2 hours… because according to these two dealer representatives there are too many factors to consider in purchasing a vehicle - even though I explained where I lived and that any potential sale was contingent upon me coming down to the dealer if we were near to agreeing on a sale . . . . but they wanted none of it I had to come down to the dealership to get any sort of pricing, aside from website on the new vehicle and any type of offer for my trade . . . .this is 2023 what a ridiculous proposition. For the hoopla they promote they offer NONE of it - don't waste your time!Great Dealership

I had a walker and she made sure to open the door for me. Our sales person, Michael was very pleasant, and made… sure to answer all the questions we had. He gave us options to meet our price range and when we took the car out for a test drive, he made sure to explain all the details of the car. This was very helpful.
