We finally went to see him for a new car! Jimmy, sat down with us personally,… listened to what we were looking for in a vehicle, and understood our budget—**with absolutely zero pressure**. Jimmy then introduced us to Pedro, who was amazing from start to finish. He took the time to understand not only what we wanted, but also our past car-buying experiences. His approach was thoughtful, professional, and completely hassle-free. Everything moved along quickly and efficiently, but never felt rushed. We truly felt like we were in good hands. by Jason McBeal on 10/21/2024I had an appointment to test drive a Kia EV. The person who was supposed to meet with me was 15 minutes late. Once he came all was good until I asked for a price quote - it took them a while to come back with an offer, not a good one, and… when I wanted to leave, they asked, really nice, for more time to give me a better offer, said they would make it work as they really needed to sell me a car. I didn’t want to offend them and I hoped they could really do better, so I stayed - after all the car wasn’t bad, just too expensive. They were really desperate to sell me a car and held me there an extra hour working on another offer for a lease. Not a good one either. That whole process gave me a pretty bad headache. When I finally left, I got a call from another Kia dealer who quoted the same prices on the phone for both the purchase and the lease of a similar car, and it took 5 minutes with no pressure. Go figure. Anyway, I don’t recommend working with Kia Norwood, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.Great personnel, very kind and knowledgeable!

They were disorganized and the employees were complaining to each other about “mismanagement” within earshot of us. The only person who seemed to know what he was… doing was Charles in the finance department. I would NOT recommend this place.
