    Brought it in on a Saturday. They said “it may even be done today “. They said that every day till Friday when I picked it up. Always friendly always good work. Great lounge. This time took MUCH longer. Have used their services several times and even bought this car from them.

    Justin was very helpful and pleasant walking us through the paperwork. Sami responded to an inquiry about a RAV4 that I was looking for. Just when I didn’t think I was going to find one, Sami called and had one coming in within a couple of days. She was very nice. Then I got switched to Alex to start paperwork to hold car. Alex was very nice to work with also.

    I was taken right in on a Saturday afternoon, even though I was a tad early for my appointment. Jonathan Eliza was my service rep, and he went over the recommended services and spoke with me about snow tires which was entirely a side topic! (I was debating rotating tires or waiting until snow tires went on!) I was in and out in a reasonable Amount of time too!

    My favorite thing about this dealership is the family atmosphere. I always feel taken care of, and Lindsay Hart (sp?) is the best. I had forgotten my coupon and she went out of her way to make sure I received the discounts nonetheless. I have a service dog, and the entire crew is both respectful and caring, often bringing her water or something to lay upon.

    Drive in to huge service bay, stay out of the weather, wait in a large lounge for the 30 minute inspection. David Spafford was efficient and professional.

    My car had experienced unexplained battery problems and I took it to Lia Northampton (where the vehicle was purchased) for an evaluation. Jonathan Eliza was the service representative that checked me in and took my information about the problem. He let me know approximately how long it would take to discern the issue and then called me to let me know when the car would be ready. He asked the right questions when I arrived and the problem was corrected.

    I want to thank Lindsey Heart for her patience and kindness. I am always anxious when I go in for service but she made me feel comfortable. I had questions about my tires and she took me back to my car and measured the thread on my tires and showed me the tool they use to measure. She went over and beyond to answer my questions. I will come back just because of her exceptional service.

    Overall, polite, professional, and courteous, my service appointment was highly satisfactory. Since there were a few technicians away that day, my service took about 45 minutes longer than expected. Lindsay offered me a discount for the inconvenience, which was appreciated. Compared to another service appointment at the same location with someone else ( which prompted me to not go back to this dealer for my next purchase ) this was a marked improvement

    This service was my 24 month so there was no service charge. Lindsay Heart was very helpful and relayed my requests to service. I had a broken plastic piece on my remote mirror (the mirror works fine)the answer was $242.00 for a new mirror and $100.00 labor,I guess my mirror will be fixed with gorilla tape. I asked to have someone pop my bumper back (I caught it on my garage door) I am sure it would take maybe a minute but no one had time. This service took 2 hours and the primary purpose was to top off fluids and check basic functions. In general I am very satisfied with Lindsay Hearts handling of my appointment.She Is professional and very helpful.

    I have one more complimentary bi-yearly checkup left. Gerald Laclaire let me know that my car is 'like new' still: all i needed was washer fluid. I love driving my car, and glad it is passing the checkups so easily.

    The work gets done at a reasonable price. Everyone is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I especially want to mention Gerald Laclaire. He was very helpful. Explained what was done in understandable way. I also had some questions about resetting mileage and such. He was patient and took his time. Made certain I understood.

  • Bate and switch on price

    Clicked on link in Edmunds to vehicle, used, with a price listed. Dealer replied and I setup appointment for 1 hour plus drive and reviewed the vehicle. Loved it, no issued there. However, Edmunds showed vehicle ad "price dropped, from about $8700 to $8325". When they gave me the paperwork to purchase car was $10755! They told me 2 reasons for this 1. Edmunds doesn't work for them and they just pick cars and put whatever price they want on it - not their fault. I never heard of such a weird excuse, plus clearly false. 2. Car was $8300-ish but they put $1200 work into it so they is why is didn't match the ad in Edmunds. Again, strange excuse, if they spent $10k to fix it would they try to sell it for $20k? Got home and they now have price in Edmunds at $10755, so clearly Edmunds is working for them and they corrected the price. I would have been fine had they just said it was a mistake and they can't go that low to make up for the mistake. Stuff happens, but lying about it is never right.

    Over the weeks as we interacted with the sales department, Grant Goodwin, who was knowledgeable and helpful, treated us with respect and not a lot of pressure as we made the important decision to purchase a RAV 4 Prime. We felt good about our purchase. However, when we were escorted into the Business Manager’s office to sign the final documents we were subjected to high pressure tactics to purchase at least four additional add on warranties adding over $4,000 in closing costs. When we resisted we were forced to sign individual forms attesting to the fact that we were refusing the add ons. Although we were told we were signing a document to attest to Lia’s full disclosure, the implication was the we were somehow jeopardizing our Toyota Warranty. My wife and I told the Business Manager that we were not accustomed to purchasing anything without careful research and did not appreciate being ambushed at the time of signing such a significant purchase agreement. The implication throughout this conversation was that we had purchased an inferior product that needed all these extra warranties. We purchased the Toyota RAV 4 Prime because of its cutting edge technology, quality, and reliability. The high pressure sales effort to add to the Lia’s profit margin, in fact, only servers to undermine Toyota’s brand name and significant accomplishments. In closing we were pleased with the sales department, but very displeased with the ethics and management structure of Lia’s business manager’s office. The owner, Mr. Lia, must address this unethical practice, before we recommend this dealership to others.
