    Came to Bernardi with the very specific reason to inquire about Honda CR-V EX price, asking for a deal comparable to the Toyota RAV4 XLE. During the 4 hour negotiation marathon (at Bernardi, as most of the professional [non-permissible content removed], they are trying to elude your vigilance) we constantly tried to focus the sale person on this specific trim. In the middle of negotiation she proposed us a reasonable price but "forgot " to state clearly that it is LX ("castrated") trim price (at Bernardi they will never show you a break down of the deal on the computer screen - as many good dealers do - only pieces of paper will be moved between you and a manager by a puppet that they call a "sale person"). And, of course, the deal was not clearly reviewed and nothing was mentioned about the car trim in the contract copy I received. When I came home and google the VIN, I found that the car I will receive is the CR-V LX! I immediately tried to contact them, but nobody replied to my emails; so I tried to speak with the business manager and even with his boss a morning after, but the only response I received from these [non-permissible content removed] was "We showed you a piece of paper with the word LX on it, you signed it, it is done". I know, it is partially my fault, most of people around are decent and honest, so I relaxed my vigilance. Please, be alert, do not deal with Bernardi.

Since you did not take possession of the car you May have been able to get out of it, but at any rate, I was looking at a car there and after reading your review I decided not to buy from them. I also noticed that no one from the dealership ever responds to bad reviews. I guess they really don’t care.

    I recently purchased a 2008 Honda Civic EX from Bernardi Honda, and the experience could not have been easier. This is my teenage daughter's first car, so I was looking for something reliable, economical, and relatively inexpensive. The salesman, Denis Swift, was friendly, knowledgeable, and a perfect gentleman. The car is in fantastic condition, and I was very pleased with the price.

    I'd heard good things about this dealership from a friend, and it had good reviews on Edmonds, so I went there after doing due diligence and getting many quotes from Edmunds.com. Things went reasonably well when I showed pricing from other dealers. Then, when it came to a potential trade-in, I was shocked. After showing my research, including local and nationwide search for comparable low-mileage one-owner vehicles (including 10% profit after fixing exactly 3 things with prices I researched), they offered me about 20-25% of the KBB trade-in value. It was insulting. They then tried to get me to buy the new Honda by matching a lower dealer price without a trade-in. Why on earth would I do that? And I'd even mentioned upfront we might buy a second Honda, possibly within a few months. I walked out and won't return.

    I recently purchased a 2013 Accord. The whole process was very good.I got a fair settlement on my trade-in. Bob McGrath was very good in explaining all the stuff on the car; blue tooth. LDW, radio and other stuff.First time buyer from Bernardi and was very pleased with everything.

    Hi, I recently purchased a used Honda from Bernardi Honda in Natick. Our initial experience was pleasant, but when we came in to drive the car we realised that it had 10k more miles than originally advertised and 3 owners instead of the single owner we were told by the salesperson. When I brought this up with the salesperson he just shrugged it off and showed absolutely no interest in addressing our concerns or providing a legitimate explanation, possibly because he knew we had driven all the way from RI to inspect the car. The sales manager was absolutely hopeless and did not make any attempt to help. Stay away from these guys - behind their initial smiles and greetings there is no substance and worse - no care factor for their clients.

    My recent deals with Bernadi Honda Natick forced to write this review. The sales agents are knowledgeable based on the needs of a customer. They have a good follow up program to resolve any issues to the best satisfaction for both customer and the dealer. Recommend to stop by for your auto needs.

    This is my second purchase from Bernardi Honda. I bought my first Honda Accord from them back in 1997, and it served me well for 19 years. When it was time to buy another car, I was delighted that Denis Swift, my salesman from the first time, was still working there! The sales supervisor, Scott Wells, was also key to making my experience as good as could be. Both Scott and Denis were friendly and helpful, and not pushy at all. I got exactly what I wanted, and at a fair price. Thank you, Bernardi!

    This is my second purchase with Bernardi Honda. The first time I purchased a certified pre-owned Honda Civic. They honored the internet price which was significantly LESS expensive than the sticker price on the same car (I checked the VIN's). So, when i wanted to purchased the new model HRV I first went to Bernardi. I price compared my trade-in value of my Honda Civic. Bernardi gave me the best offer. As a single female, purchasing a car solo can be intimidating. I first backed out of the deal (buyer's remorse) and they honored my request to return my downpayment. I returned a month later and they were still open to working with me and honored the original quote for my trade. I have also found their sales department to be very customer focused and for this reason I will continue to get my service at Bernardi, despite it being further away than other Honda dealerships closer to home.

    Since my father purchased a car couple months ago, I stayed in contact with Diego in the internet department who was able to go through all the process, finding a car (my first car) that fits my needs. I told him my price range, features that I wanted (sunroof, bluetooth, usb mainly) and he did say there was nothing in that price range with features but told me he would keep an eye out. 2 weeks later he gave me a call that he found a perfect match. I don't care that it took a little longer then expected, the car is in great condition, for a great price, with all the features. I do plan to work with Diego again. I am very happy with my new car.     Looking to buy a 2015 CR-V, I contacted the internet sales at Bernardi Honda of Natick, and receiving a very competitive quote from Diego, my wife and I went down for the test drive. We intended to give them priority over other dealers also because we had purchased our accord from Bernardi in 2012. Jayson received us at the show room and helped us with test drive. He was very laid-back and polite and did not pressure us at all and was quite patient and informative. We liked a silver EX-L trim and went back to cut a deal on the price and finalize the quote. Everything changed from this point on. We were played the waiting game for more than an HOUR only to be told at the end that the best offer their sales manager, SCOTT, was able to give us was $900 HIGHER than the quote their internet sales manager had given me just a day before!!! Scott insisted that it was a simple mistake by Diego! A simple honest mistake to waste our time you read! This came out as a shock and also a deep disappointment at how demeaning and disrespectful was the treatment we received at Bernardi as returning customers. For that matter, Bernardi lost my business, me as a customer, and beyond all, they failed the lowest levels of ethics in the conduct of business.

    I have bought my fair share of vehicles and Bernardi Honda Natick is just something else. I have never been treated with as much respect and courtesy before in a car dealership. I am purchasing a 2016 Honda Pilot Touring and the process was so easy it blew me away! I was getting all sorts of runarounds from other dealers who were dishonest to me. I called in and Brandon was honest. I'm glad that there are still places out there that won't lie to you to get you in the door. Also they are incredibly efficient! My wait before sitting down with a business manager was minimal. I can't wait for my Pilot to arrive at the dealership in a couple weeks for me to pick it up!

    I Inquired on a pre-owned vehicle for my daughter, and the response time was quick and efficient. Ended up purchasing the vehicle. There were a couple of scratches that I asked to be buffed out which they did without complaint. The previous dealer was so rude in dealing with this request that I was impressed enough to write a review. Highly recommend working with Kim. Scott the sales manager was also very good.

    Great Dealership, Great Price, Great Experience and I am a dealer's worst nightmare... Sami made it happen and Scott wrapped it all up quick and efficient. Oh, and if they are busy, it's cause they really are busy...but they do it right and all straight shooters, no slimy "car salesman". They realy do understand the current car market and operate with a present day mentality. (Quick with consumer leverage).

    Not once did I ever set foot in this dealership other than to sign the paperwork and test-drive the vehicle. I shopped around on Edmunds and over the phone, and Bernardi came in with one of the lower prices. Since I had bought a vehicle before I decided to go with them and am pleasantly surprised, as it is much easier than it was back in 2004! Recommend.

    I inquired about an Odyssey online and within 10 minutes was emailed a quote, colors available, and financing options. Bernardi's internet department was by far the fastest and most responsive of any of the internet departments I contacted. When I arrived I was greeted by David Jiang who showed me the features of the vehicle that I had picked out. I already knew what I wanted, but I appreciated the effort in still showing me the car. Overall a great price and great service, would definitely recommend. The only knock on them I have was that I had to argue a little bit over the trade-in value, but in the end we ended up getting what I thought was a fair deal to all parties involved.

    I recently inquired about a Honda accord and was quickly contacted by Jon Evans. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. Overall the purchasing experience was very smooth although i did think the wait for finance was a little long. Other than that it was a great experience

    I bought a new Honda CR-V from Bernardi Honda after going to two other dealers. The other dealers did not care about anything but selling me a car. Jon answered all my questions and did not pressure me at all, I don't understand why cars dealers have to do this. Bernardi Honda treats you great. All I can add is I'm glad I went there and will definitely be getting my next car here as well! Great job guys!

    Their sales are a [non-permissible content removed]. They will paint a good price via the phone or email. When you show up in their office, they just refuse to honor whatever they promised eve after you show them the email confirmation. Meanwhile the sales manager seems pretty enjoying insulting the customer. I just don't understand how such a terrible dealer can survive
