I have been looking at purchasing a new sports car for years now. I think I still have my name on the list for the new Jag F Type coupe but… that's history now. As a Canadian I was looking for a 911 I could drive when at my home in Miami. After contacting 4 Porsche dealers, 2 in the Miami area, one in Tampa, and Herb Chambers I ended up purchasing there. The experience was superb, very professional, but they simply wanted my business. The other dealers either had too many customers or who knows what. They all had the 50th anniversary addition in stock or could order one for me. The Team at Herb Chambers did everything you expect of a dealer especially a Porsche dealer. They provided all the info I needed on the car I wanted. But it all came down to there desire to do business. As a business owner myself I respect that. They stayed in touch, took me seriously, where not too pushy, developed a relationship, and were available all the time. And, I mean all the time. I have never been to the dealership. All my contact, as it was with the other dealers, was by email including the final purchase. I did not think anyone could purchase a car over the interest but I was wrong. I had planned on visiting the two dealers in Miami on my next trip but that was not necessary. Kudos to Herb Chambers Porsche, it was the easiest $150,000 I ever spent.I truly appreciate you taking the time to share your recent experience with us here at Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston. Specifically we were really happy with general manager Ian M. Out of all negative experiences we had previously on dealerships this one was… the easiest smooth and most pleasant. As business owners and regular consumers we would recommend him and this dealership to everyone we know. The way business is handled at this dealership should be done everywhere else. We had specific requests, for once we felt like someone prioritized us and our wishes and listened to what we wanted rather then sell something we didn't want or need. Did not have buyers remorse! My salesperson,… Larry B., was extremely helping during both my purchases and I would highly recommend him if you are interested in purchasing a Porsche. Everyone that I dealt with at the dealership was very accommodating and the overall experience was excellent. This purchase was for a Porsche Cayenne, an amazing vehicle to drive. The quality of the vehicle and the driving dynamics really set this vehicle apart from all the other SUVs I have driven.
