  • BEST car buying experience ever!!

5 out of 5 starsby NicoleL on 12/27/2017

Jim and Greg were extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were purchasing; answering all of our questions. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. We walked in as strangers but left feeling like family.

  • Do not waste your time going here

Don’t waste your time going to this dealer. We had an awful experience today. Texting with the Internet salesperson, told her we would be there in an hour, she texted back “I will make sure to have someone and the pathfinders available for when you arrive”. We showed up and one of them was sold. Supposedly it had just sold, but they made no attempt to contact us to let us know. My wife drove 35 minutes and I gave up billable time with a client to test drive it. We wouldn’t have wasted our time going there if we knew it was sold. The salesperson assigned to us had no interest in talking or working with us. Another person showed up and he jumped up to help her and went on a test drive with her. A woman handed us our keys to another SUV and basically left us to our own. When we got back, the salesperson was still out on the other test drive. The sales manager watched me put the keys on the salesperson’s desk and asked me, “all set”, I replied, “yes, thank you” and he replied “you’re welcome”. I walked out the door. No attempt at all to discuss the SUV we just test drove. He was smug and arrogant and had no interest in trying to help us. Very poor customer service. No questions at all about the test drive, what did we think of the vehicle, nothing. No follow up call or text from the salesperson, the sales manager, or the internet sales person. They only waited to reply to my text letting them know I wasn’t happy. Don’t waste your time with this dealer.

  • Excellent car buying experience!!

    5 out of 5 starsby mgd01757 on 07/12/2015

Thank you to Anthony Maloney- My second car purchase from Marlboro Nissan. Fast, courteous, and professional service. No hassle and straight forward responses. Anthony took time to go over the process and replied to my emails quickly. I felt comfortable working with him and he made the experience hassle free. I would recommend speaking to him directly [email removed] if your interested in a Nissan. I drove by a Nissan dealership 3 miles from my home because he was responsive and took time to hear my situation and not push the sale for a number. Again, thank you Anthony!! Mike

  • Purchase of 2015 Murano

In a word, perfect. We just bought a 2015 Murano from Marlboro Nissan and everything clicked, particularly the help and expertise of Mark Stoller and Tyler Jessee. Mark made the buying process- which we all know can be trying!- a breeze and made us feel completely at ease.(ask for him if you get the chance!) And Tyler probably knows more about the cars than the people designing them! considering this is our third new car bought from Marlboro Nissan I think it's an understatement to say that we really like the products and the people.

Jim McCall is my forever salesman, he always goes above and beyond the line of duty. The rest of the staff are great too!

  • Lease of 2015 Pathfinder

    5 out of 5 starsby Caroline112 on 05/07/2015

This is my third purchase/lease with group at Marlboro Nissan. By far, the best & easiest dealership I've ever dealt with. Highly recommend them. Further this SUV is packed full of features & drives like a dream.

  • Great car buying experience

4.3 out of 5 starsby jjkost on 08/05/2010

I recently purchased a 2010 370z Nismo from Marlboro Nissan. The salesman I worked with, Mark Stoller, did a great job of giving me a great price, locating the car I was looking for, and handling all of my additional requests. A pleasure to work with, I would recommend seeing Mark if you are in the market for a new or used car.
  • What a Joke !!!

1 out of 5 starsby skali on 07/11/2008

Do not go to this dealership. They all suck. First, they dont even have the car I want in stock and second they do not even want to discount the car for me and third they didn't even come close to figures on my trade. What a complete waste of time!! Alot of people I know told me not to go there, but since it was close to home, I wanted to give them a shot. Again, what a waste of my time.
  • Same old sales tactics

2.3 out of 5 starsby otoluva on 08/06/2007

When I was shopping for my Altima there were 3 dealers within reasonable distance from my house, but only one of them had the car I wanted ( color, option conf.) and it was Nissan in Marlboro, Mass. They lowballed me on the phone to get me to drive to the store, refused to honor what they quoted me, had an intense exchange with the rude and unprofessional sales managers! I will never again go near that place.
    • I find reviews to be an important part of researching where you, as a consumer, would want to do business. Too often though we see bad reviews with very vague descriptions of the offending event. While it is true, many auto dealers still try to use underhanded tactics to drive sales, to simply make a generalization about a company based on these past experiences is just as bad as the few dealers out there still doing things the wrong way! One thing that absolutely NEVER happens at Marlboro Nissan is a "lowball" IN FACT you dont have to take my word for it! Just try on your own to submit an inquiry on our website. You will get a price quote detailing everything from the destination charges to sales tax, our documentation fee even sales tax! We show you EVERYTHING so there are NO surprises when you get here. This story just doesn't hold any value nor does it provide any proof of a true incident. AND since Marlboro Nissan has been the #1 dealer in ALL New England (nearly 100 Nissan Dealers) for customer satisfaction for 5 straight years I would find it hard to give any credence this suspicious e-mail. (Perhaps a competitive dealer's sales person is posting harmful content?) Don't get me wrong! I'm not saying we're perfect! We make mistakes! BUT anytime an issue arises we make EVERY effort to resolve it in a timely manner and with regard to the customer's best interest! I make it clear on ALL our websites and advertisements, if you have a problem CALL ME! Mr. Accountable! (AKA Timothy Martell, Business Development Manager). Proud to be selling cars a better way!

    • >>> They lowballed me on the phone to get me to drive to the store, refused to honor what they quoted me I got a similar experience with Nissan Framingham, MA (route 9) Is that a general problem with Nissan? Maybe the people in charge of training their sales force are utterly short-sighted?

  • Very professional and knowledgeable

5 out of 5 starsby chicjuke on 10/01/2013
    updated 08/05/2025

I was investigating the JUKE and Jim M. gave me my first test-drive and I was sold on the JUKE. He is also the one who pointed out that I could probably get a brand new one for a price close to the used ones. He worked with me on the price to fit my budget. They had a great inventory of this funky looking car, and despite the construction, they were still very professional in their little trailers! They are expanding/updating their facility so servicing my car there will also be a pleasant experience.
