They were always friendly and helpful with each visit a straight shooter when time to negotiate. What I have come to… expect of CW (my 4th car purchase there). One suggestion is to identify when the vehicle as 4 wheel drive on the web descriptions.Love our Ford Edge

The employees were honest, up-front, and did not pressure us. Jeff B. and Jaime D. gave us a great price and also were very attentive… our requests for touching up the paint on a small ding on the vehicle and avoiding certain numbers on the license plate for cultural reasons. We were very impressed with the kid's waiting area, which kept our 2-year-old entertained for the 2 hours at the dealer, and during the subsequent trips for additional paperwork and picking up the car.Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback on your latest visit at Commonwealth Motors. Fantastic Sales and Service Team

It started with your service team Steve Brajak (sp) recommended your dealership service department to me when he had heard… from my father all the problems I was having with my 2009 Saturn Aura. I bought the Saturn at Saturn of Lowell, once Saturn was no more they sent my service to Lannon Chevy of Lowell. I had the Aura in the Lannon dealership 9 times for the same electrical type problem. Steve told me he was confident commonwealth could fix my car. Unfortunately, although they tried several times they were unable to solve my problem. This had become a safety issue since the car would lose power, this was especially difficult when it did this on the highway. Doug Niles stepped in and tried to contact General Motors about my problem and what could they do to help me since it appeared I would have to buy a new car. Unfortunately General Motors does not stand behind their several thousand dollar product even though it was still under warranty. I purchased a 2012 Chevy Cruze and I love it. I do want to applaud Steve Brajak, Paul Hickey, Adam Tsoukaris, and Doug Niles of the service department. I also would like to applaud Jim Kowalik, Richie Pulsifer and Jamie DiMarie of the sales team for bending over backwards to help me in this difficult situation. As much as I hate buying a car this was indeed my best experience and all my sales and services will be done at commonwealth Chevy. So please let it be known that your chevy sales and service team are fantastic.Certified preowned Malibu

When my wife and I showed up there we were greeted right away and were giving the proper time and attention to make sure we got the right… vehicle for us. Our salesman Ed Long was great. by CHEVSONIC on 09/24/2013updated 06/10/2025I just got a brand new Chevy Sonic 10 days ago and am very happy with my purchase. My sales associate was Chris D. and he was very pleasant to work with. Car shopping can be a bit intimidating, but he didn't make me feel uncomfortable or… pressured at all. I was actually torn between the Sonic and a Honda Fit. It was nice being able to test drive both vehicles on the same complex - one stop shopping! I did shop around at other dealerships beforehand but well, as their slogan says, "shop us last" rang true for me. Ding! Ding! (Yes, it was fun ringing the bell!) They gave me a good price on both my trade-in and the new car. I even had a strange issue with my trade-in car's VIN number being wrong on my registration but they helped me correct it so I didn't have to drive to Concord and the ends of the earth to get it all straightened out. I can't speak for their service department, and hopefully since the car's brand new I won't have to visit them any time soon, but I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them again. I also received a shipment of chocolate chip cookies as a thank-you which I thought was a nice touch. Working in customer service myself, I know and appreciate that little things go a long way.
