Even though we had done extensive research, Derek carefully explained additional differences between the three models we were considering. There was… never pressure, nor did we have to suffer through any of the typical chill sessions where the associate disappears to "confer" with the manager for 15 minutes. He was knowledgeable, throughout. More than that, he was candid about the pluses and minuses of Subaru, couched in appropriate humor, earning further trust. Seamless from start to finish!
by MargaretCoe on 05/30/2019We just purchased our 6th Subaru yesterday. It's the 5th one from Planet Subaru and our 4th one with Lauri Blaauboer. We have a Subaru dealership 15 minutes from our house and choose to drive 40 minutes just to deal with Lauri and the rest… of the team at Planet. Lauri knows everything there is to know about Subarus and really listens to make sure she is able to deliver what the customer is asking for and what they need. Appointments with her never feel rushed and definitely not "sales-y". Planet's showroom is very welcoming and relaxed. I can honestly say that you will not have the dreaded car-buying experience with Planet. It's more like you're going to hang out with some friends and happen to drive off in a new car when you leave. Whether you're looking for a new or used Subaru, you must stop at Planet! Oh, and they have friendly dogs in there too, which is really my favorite part of all!Hi Margaret, Thank you for telling the world about your experience here and with Lauri! She's been with us a long tine and you're right, she absolutely knows her stuff. Excellent sale

Planet Subaru with Klaire taking the lead delivered to us a CPO within 2 business days with all the bells and whistles of service. Significant improvement from 1… year ago, where we went somewhere else to purchase a Subaru. We hope our next visit will be the same or better.Positive Experience
by John on 01/03/2019I traveled from out of state to visit this dealership and the quality of service made it well worth the drive. I worked with Hoang who offered up a no-nonsense, no-pressure approach throughout the whole experience. The dealership… accommodated my request for them to put the vehicle I was interested in on a lift so I could inspect the underbody. While doing so, I was never encouraged to hurry up with Hoang being very receptive to any questions I had. Overall, I would highly recommend Planet Subaru given my experience. Thank you for the positive customer service experience. *Note: Did not purchase a vehicle here due to a counteroffer from another buyer I had no intention of matching. Had the color, model and trim level I was looking for been available on another vehicle, I most likely would have purchased it from this dealership.Best Sales Experience Ever

I felt Rhonda really wanted to find me the car that was right for me, at the right price for me. The whole process went very smoothly. Dave, if finance,… was also very helpful and didn't try to sell me products I didn't need or want. He was also helpful helping me get more money back from my insurance company (my outback was totaled in an accident) for extras I had on the car.
