Place is a nightmare
by HMartins7676 on 11/07/2021Dont read all the fake reviews obviously placed by the dealership. This place is a nightmare. I drove 3 hours to test drive a Panamera. They made me make an appointment for a specific time. I show up and the person I made an appointment… with was nowhere to be found and, despite insisting on an appt, they hadnt even pulled the car from the garage yet. So a half hour later, when the car finally shows up, I test drive and decide I'm going to buy. Was told that they would need to drive it to my town hall in my state. What? Well, OK. I gave them my $2500 deposit and filled out the credit application and was leaving, but they insisted I stay. What? You just said I couldn't leave with the car, so why exactly do I have to stay? First he tells me its state law that if youre buying out-of-state they need to drive it down....then when I started questioning it, its became "well it's company policy." What? Anyway, I had a 3 hour trip home, I didn't want to sit around for an hour while they try to push me into their credit plan (I guess thats why they were trying to force me to stay?) and sign for the car when I couldn't even take it home. I could literally buy the car online on their website (I showed him the link on his site) but John, the salesman, insisted that wasn't possible. What?? I had a long drive home and didn't have time for this. So they wanted me to stay around to wait for the credit application to go through, even though I couldn't leave with the car that day. I had a 3-hour trip home, and it was late. lol they insisted I had to stay in order to buy the car (??) Sorry buddy, Im not signing anything or buying anything until the day that I can have the car keys and can leave with it. You aren't Manny's used car sales lot...you're a Porsche dealer. Act like it. They acted like they were doing me a favor. Learn that you're in a customer service industry and that I'm the one buying a $90k car from you and not the other way around. They acted extremely fishy and did nothing to make the purchase easy for me or on my terms - i just wanted to leave and finish the paperwork whenever the car was ready to go. They insisted buying online or out of state was impossible(!!??). I've done that multiple times. Slimy slimy slimy [non-permissible content removed]....and incredibly rude. I've never experienced something like this from a dealership.2022 Targa 4S

He helped greatly with the sale and trade for the 911. Test drive was great. The sales team was very professional… and worked hard to complete the deal. This included Jason, Manager, Mikail Moiseyev, General Manger and Maurice (Tres) Nobles, Finance manager. I worked with Dave in sales who was very helpful answering questions and no… pressure sales! I bought the car and love it! Given that the Environmental Protection Agency had to inspect such first arrivals and our taking… delivery of this very custom car at the Atlanta Porsche Experience Center, to allow for a “coached” day on PEC’s track, this was no easy task. I highly recommend Corey Floyd, Porsche of Burlington, the Panamera GTS Sport Turismo and Porsche’s Experience Center for anyone looking for an exceptional car delivered exceptionally. He’s a very laidback and relax man, not aggressive at all, with that he’ll only recommend the good stuffs instead of just selling it. He’s a retired… professor that has a profound passion for Porsche and he himself drives a few models of it which makes him good to provide comments. Plus he gives you a personal cute bonus small gift.Excellent buying experience

by Ryan on 03/26/2019I recently purchased a CPO Cayenne Turbo S from Herb Chambers Porsche of Burlington. I live 100 miles away so I wanted to cover as many of the details before I made the drive. The sales team was completely transparent, provided the carfax… and answered all of my questions. We also agreed to ballpark trade-in values for my car based on the market. When I showed up we essentially exchanged keys after a test drive and I was on my way. No surprises, no gimmicks, everything was seamless. All in all one of the most positive buying experiences I have had.Great service, high shop rates

I dealt with Tom Wood and David Corbin. The financial details of the transaction were… settled in a very straight forward manner. David offered to deliver the vehicle and complete the transaction at my home and spent a good deal of time reviewing the cars features with me. Since the delivery David has followed up by telephone to assure himself that I was completely satisfied with the car and had no unanswered questions. What we so liked about Porsche Burlington was that they were the first dealer in the area to have the new… generation Panamera available for test drive. Working with our salesman, Mr. Corbin, we were pleased in that he was able to deliver the car in a timely manner and expedite it to meet our needs. Mr. Corbin was great in that he made himself readily available both while we were customizing the car and upon taking delivery. In fact, Mr. Corbin spent 3 hours with us explaining every minute detail to us when we picked it up for delivery. In addition, he personally picked up the car for us the next week to get it waxed. On behalf of my dad and I, I would definitely return to Porsche Burlington.Thank you! It is a pleasure to read about you and your father's experience with David.
