by 2016gtipp on 01/20/2017During my 10k mile servicing on my GTI, the service technicians wrote obscenities on my oil pan in a yellow grease pen. When asked about it, the service manager told me that it was just 'goofing around." I will not be taking my car back to… them.Met Expectations

The service coordinator took a look at the issue and said I could have it fixed anytime at no charge.… Next time I bring in the car for the 10,000 mile check up I plan to have this issue fixed.Tiguan Engine Intake-Manifold change

He swiftly diagnosed it and got back regards to full warranty coverage. Further suggested a small fee… cleaning maintenance to be done on Engine block. It was a no-nonsense pleasant visit. I paid for what was quoted and VW honored the warranty claim. Vehicle is running smooth every since.Great service experiencd

by Nielsingroton on 04/21/2015I was greeted and taking care of as soon as I got there. The check in, check out was great. They even washed and cleaned the car inside. I got new tires with a promotion buy 3 get 4. The time to do all the service with the tires was about 2… hours. The waiting room has TV, coffee, etc. Great dealership.So far so good!

The clutch in my car blew out, which is an expensive repair, but Brent walked me through and explained everything and really did everything he could to keep the cost down for me. If you… need service, call and ask for Brent, and he'll take care of you.replacement of timing belt for maintainence.
