    Terrible! I'm so disappointed. Other people had great experiences and I wish I could say the same. I bought my used car here two years ago from a sales guy and finance guy who are no longer here (explains a lot). I had issues when o purchased the car where it was sold to me dirty and they tried to make that right with free oil changes. I had two scratches on my car when I purchased it and was sold on simonizing the car to protect from rust. The scratches rusted so I brought the car back to Lundgren and was told the car needs body work and that simonizing the car wouldn't protect from rust with those scratches. I wouldn't have purchased a car with scratches if they were going to rust after being told they wouldn't!!! You guys are [non-permissible content removed]. Can't even get my money back on the falsely sold simonized product and am now told I'll need to pay for the body work that was there when I purchased the vehicle from you people. I make payments on this vehicle and refuse to spend tons to fix what you sold me and will look to buying and dealing with another dealer. Thanks for nothing. You were terrible to me then and continue to be. I'll spread the word.

    My family has been purchasing cars from Lundgren Honda for DECADES. I was thrilled to be buying a brand new CRV from them. We paid for the car in full, cash up front, on Wednesday, and were promised delivery on Thursday or Friday. Friday, we got a voice mail in the afternoon stating there was a problem with registering it (there is no way there could have been any problem!) and they could not register our car until TUESDAY! We have already paid for this car! That means we are paying insurance on a new car for an entire week for nothing; while still having to pay for insurance for our old car! We were LIVID when we got the message. My husband called our sales guy, Riley, who was pretty clueless. We asked them to deliver the car with dealer plates until they could figure this out. We offered to come to the dealership and pick up the paperwork and go register the car ourselves. We pointed out that the registry, only 25 minutes from them, is open tomorrow; Saturday; so why in the world would we have to wait until Tuesday to get our car which we have fully paid for and insured? To make it worse, Riley promised to see what he could do....then NEVER CALLED US BACK! I called and left a voice mail for the General Manager and guess what....no call back. This is outrageous, unacceptable, and unconscionable. So here it is early Saturday morning and we have no idea what is going on with our car. That's right, OUR CAR because we paid cash for it 3 days ago, yet Lundgren Honda is basically holding it hostage. Apparently once Lundgren Honda gets your money, you go to the bottom of their priority list. This is NOT okay with us on any level. We are now out the insurance money we have had to pay for a week when we did not even have our car! There is no excuse for them not delivering our car as PROMISED on Thursday on Friday. NEVER AGAIN. It pains me to say this after having bought several cars from Lundgren; but NEVER AGAIN. They need to do something pretty significant to make up for the money we have lost, the frustration, the disappointment, unreturned phone calls, lack of communication, and the broken promises. Our son came home today after being away with the Army. We were so excited to surprise him with our new family car as we celebrated the birthday he missed while he was away for weeks doing grueling training in the summer heat to protect our country. THANKS LUNDGREN HONDA FOR RUINING THAT TOO.

    I just bought a CRV from Lundgren Honda pretty great experience all around sales people were great and super comfortable. I recommend he manager, Rich, he made sure I got the best rate and was super genuine. I really appreciated him going the extra mile to make me feel comfortable with the financing. Overall, great deal, great service - totally recommend this place!

    Picking up my new Crosstour was easier than buying my new TV. Did most of the process my phone and email. Once I made it to the dealership, I was in my new car in less than a hour. Everyone was un-time, very professional and courteous. My 4th Honda with Lundgren Honda and they get better and better.

    The first day I went to the dealership the staff was helpful and polite. I was going to purchase a 2015 Honda Accord. I set the price for the car with the salesman and the sale manager. I promised to come back that week to purchase the car. I called the salesman the night before to confirm the price and the time I will be there. The salesman assured me that everything was all set. I drove to the dealership and before I signed the sales agreement, I noticed the price was $800 more expensive then the original deal. I asked to talk to the sales manager that I set the price with earlier that week. The sales manager stated "The deal is the deal, you should of bought it the other day". I expressed that I just drove 90 miles to the dealer and that the salesman confirmed the price on the phone. The sales manager stated " The price is the price you want the car or what". I felt pressured and disrespected so I told him only at the lower price that was confirmed by salesman and himself (sales manager). I left the dealership but returned to get names so I can included then in this review. I asked the sales manager for his card and he stated " I dont have a card and why do you want my card, you didn't even buy anything". I asked his name and he just ignored me and acted like I wasn't there. I eventually got his name Mike from and person at the dealer. The sales manager was rude, unprofessional, intimidating, and [non-permissible content removed].

    I would love to give this dealership 5 Stars because the car buying experience was amazing up until after I picked up my used Honda pilot from them. On the next day I was heading to NY and the rubber molding above the windshield fell off after making a very loud noise while banging on the roof of the car. I tried to contact the sales associate who sold us the car and she did not return any calls. I spoke to someone in the service department and they pushed me back in the direction of the sales associate who does not return any of my calls. I then just tried to talk with a online representative and the conversation was cancelled because she never responded to me here is a copy of the conversation: Lundgren Honda: Thank you for choosing Lundgren Honda! System: We have alerted the online representatives that you are waiting. Someone should be with you momentarily. System: A representative has joined the conversation. Compose your message and then click send. Kathy Gallo: Hi this is Kathy Gallo. How may I help you? You: Hi Kathy, Kathy Gallo: Hi how are you tonight? You: I purchased a used Honda pilot from your dealership 2 weeks ago and on the day after I brought the vehicle home the rubber on top of the windshield fell off I tried to contact the sales associate we worked with to get this fixed but I cannot get in touch with her and she has not called me back. Is there any way you can help me with this our can you direct me to the person who can help me. Thank you!!     Michal Powaza recently sold a 2012 Honda CR-V to my husband & I. We were extremely impressed with all the extra time he spent with us. We visited 3 times and drove a dozen vehicles. We expected a fast-talking, hard selling car dealer and were pleasantly surprised with the patient, soft spoken, extremely informative, polite, and trustworthy salesman we found. Michael worked diligently to help us find the best car with the best price for our budget without making us feel pressured. We have had our "new" car for over a month and it's perfect.   • The Simoniz Scam

    I recently purchased a 2015 Honda Civic lx model. Since its a base model, it only comes with beige interior, which really turned me off due to the color being so vulnerable to stains. However, every salesperson I encountered drilled it in my head that Simoniz would help protect both the interior and exterior, for the "bargain" price of $600... Well don't fall for it. My monthly payments would be much cheaper, and my beige interior wouldn't have water stains on it from the moisture it claims to "repel." Regardless of the Simoniz or not, my seats would most likely have a blemish or two with such a light interior, but I would be a few hundred dollars richer. Also, I have never consumed anything in my brand new vehicle besides water, so the thought of stains shouldn't even be a concern. I am well aware that it is the salesperson's job to upsell products, but I am very unhappy, and will be sure to make future customers aware of avoiding this ripoff. I wish I looked further into the product before I became a victim of such a scam.

    Lundgren Honda of Auburn has been the best car experience in my life. This is the real deal with a family run business that treats you like a part of their own family. When they say "Experience the Difference" they mean it. My entire family has purchased from Lundgren Honda of Auburn and I would stake my own reputation and reference that if you give them a chance to show you the Lundgren Experience, you will be a customer for life. Everything from purchase to service is aimed at you the customer feeling like nothing else matters. The facility is so clean, comfortable (free-Wi-Fi, drinks, snacks, TV and even a putting green) to enjoy while your service or sales are being conducted. I have purchased many cars in my 44 years of life, but 1.5 years ago I was introduced to Lundgren, and I am now a Lundgren for life customer. Please give them a chance to prove the same experience for you!

  • Worst Dealership Experience

    I visited this dealership looking to purchase a used car. The dealership being closer to my home then the dealership I have been negotiating with on trading my car was a plus. I meet one of the sale associates by the name of Britany. The associates was rude and unpleasant but I was interested in purchasing a car not socializing. To cut the long story short the financing guys and the associate (Britany) wanted to rip me off. They told me my credit was bad and I was 180 days late on my mortgage. I told the associates my mortgage was not only up to date but was a few months ahead. I have always paid my mortgage a few months ahead because of how I get paid. The associates told me she was not negotiating with me and I should listen to her and shut up. At that point I had enough and stood up. While walking out the door I asked her for her name and told her I will be writing a review about my visit. While all this is was going on I had a loan approval in my car along with my credit report from (Central One Federal Credit Union). I also had another approval from Chase bank. A few minutes after I left the dealership one of the managers called me. He was more concern about why I wanted to write a review on the dealership then what occurred at the dealership. So, he said “if you write a review we will write a review about you also, we can play that game”. By the way, Mr. Manager this is not a game. You are in a people service business the same kind of business I work. Anyway, my bank said what you said about me being 180 days late is FALSE. NOT THAT I BELIEVED YOU GUYS ANY WAY. It was good this happened because I got a newer Accord form Honda of Seekonk for 35% less payment then what you wanted to offer me on the older accord I viewed. Just as I told your associate Britany, I was speaking with Honda of Seekonk before going to your dealership. Your dealership may be nearer to my home but Seekonk associates are better associates and have better priced cars. BUYER DON’T BE AFRAID TO TAKE A DRIVE AND SAVE SOME MONEY. LUNDGREN HONDA Take me and my wife off your mailing list. We will not be bringing any of our cars to your dealership for any work. BUYERS BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH THESE GUYS.

  • New 08 Accord EX-L V6 Sedan A Pleasure To Purchase

    After visiting many car lots to view/test drive cars I had considered for my new purchase I went to Lundgren last. While I had considred about a half dozen different vehicles I knew I was leaning towards the Accord. I had some exposure thru the net and print publications as to the gen 8 design changes for the new Accord. Having previously purchased 4 new vehicles in my lifetime I can honestly say that they were mostly forgettable experiences. Not so with my new Accord. For the first time I felt the salesman was my equal in knowledge of the product he was selling. My experience with most salesmen has shown that they know about a few key features that might have changed from previous model years but not the level of knowledge that I possesed from my research into the various models I had been considering. I also felt that he wanted to not just sell me the car I was interested in but also sell me on Lundgren Honda and what he labeled as the Lundgren experience. This included a tour of the service area, customer waiting area and meeting various personel I might come in contact with should the purchase be consumated. I was impressed with the level of organization that was presented to me. When my new car requires servicing if I chose to wait I could wait in an office area they provided with several computer equiped workstations as well as a childrens play area or a well stocked cafeteria with a wide variety of drinks and food. Their finance department was clear and concise in explaining my options to purchase or lease, and the vehicle was discounted from MSRP. I was told that if I waited for the vehicle of my choice from the factory, it would be about 3 weeks. I told them it would be OK to check other dealers inventories and have one delivered with a few miles on it should they have a car equipped as I wanted it. Three days later I was in my new Mystic Metalic Green 2008 Accord EX-L V6 that was delivered from CT with just 146 miles on it. Overall it proved to be a pleasurable experience and if the next 5 years with my Accord should progress as I expect I'll be back @ Lundgren checking out the Gen 9 Accord.

    I compared price to several other area dealerships before buying. What sold me was their honest approach, outstanding customer service, and generous trade in for my old vehicle. Although they were in the process of moving into their new facility, they managed to complete all the paperwork and delivery with impressive speed and accuracy. The staff was courteous, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

    We had a great experience buying a used car from Lundgren. Sales rep Brittany was very helpful and immediately put us at ease. We appreciated their honest and fair pricing policy that took the stress out of the whole process. They were very accommodating through out and did right by us every step of the way. And in the end we got a great vehicle at a great price.

    My wife wanted a particular model, colors and features, etc., for her new SUV. She is not easily pleased and is more difficult to sway once her mind is made up. The sales staff at Lundgren Honda and the management team were fabulous to work with. My wife has exactly the car she was looking for. The one price platform is a great concept that takes the stress out of buying.

    I recently purchased my third Honda Accord at this dealership and the experience was very enjoyable, as always. It was easy, quick and the deal was perfect. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted to pay. I really appreciate the no pressure test drive and best of all the no pressure pricing. After deciding to purchase the car I came back with my trade and got the best value for it. Picked up my car the next day, it was detailed and full of gas; they walked me thru all the features. The whole process took only 3 days from start to finish; overall about as smooth as it gets for purchasing a car.
