Tech lost my lug nut key

Sarat was able to bring it in and have it back to us the next day so we didn't miss a beat with our mobile… feeding vehicle. The heater was fixed and we were back in business not missing any time to serve the homeless men, women, and children. Did not receive the service I had scheduled
by WSD2016 on 07/01/2016updated 08/04/2016I received a coupon in the mail for a 29.95 oil change. I called and asked if this applied to my Chevrolet Camaro. I was told it did and made an appointment. After waiting 30-40 minutes for my oil change, I was informed that they did not… carry a filter to fit my car, and it was too late in the day to get one. I reminded them that I was very specific when I made the appointment that I was bringing in a Chevrolet. I also asked if they had be able to do the oil change, would the cost be the 29.95 that the coupon advertised. I was told no, the cost depends on the filter and the amount of oil. I was very disappointed my the mis-information I received. While I understand I brought a Chevy to a ford dealer, if the work could not be done as scheduled, I never would have wasted my time driving over there (25 minutes) and waiting another 30-40, only to leave without an oil change.Routine Service and Warranty Work

He took care of… everything I asked for and always kept me informed of what was going on. I have bought many cars over the years and have dealt with numerous salespeople and he his by far the best.AWESOME
