    My service advisor David was great as always. The service was completed in a timely fashion. My only issue was that the tech let me leave with the check engine light on. David got me back in within the hour. It was a simple fix, a clip had come loose.

    I needed work done on my 2007 Chevy Cobalt so I took it into Len Stoler Westminster. I was really happy with the way I was treated. Everyone there was kind and very helpful. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed which means a lot being a woman. Didn't take them long to do the work either. I would definitely recommend them.

    Melanie is by far the best! She was probably trained by the best! Rhonda runs a top notch ship and I love them with every ounce of who I am!! It is a pleasure to deal with them always. They light up my life, and are my first, my last, my everything for cart repair.

    in 1992, I purchased 2 new vehicles from Len Stoler Chevrolet. I have continued to purchase my vehicles fom Stoler because of the staff. I take the vehicles to Stoler because of the care the employees provide & because of the quality of these employees. They are surely "the very best around".

    The service group has been great. Always responsive to my needs. My only suggestion would be to bring back the multi-point inspection check list. I like seeing what was checked and the results. I liked tracking the ware on brakes and tire tread, etc.

    Everyone was very friendly and worked hard to get our truck repaired using the out-of-warranty repair coverage which greatly reduced the cost of the engine repair. I would have given 5 stars except when I picked up the truck, the low beams, DRL's and cruise control no longer worked. John in service helped to get the low beams replaced. Somehow both bulbs were blown. The DRL's and cruise still doesnt work. Im not sure if this happened in this shop or another mechanics shop that we originally used, but it worked when the truck was dropped off. The sales staff allowed us to use a loaner car for two weeks during this repair, which was greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle at this dealership.

    Ever since buying my car at this dealership, the service department -- usually represented by Rhonda Stem -- has gone the extra mile to ensure my experiences are positive. In this case, a delay in repairs might have left me sitting in the wait room for another couple of hours, but they took me home and then came back and got me when the work was done. I have worked for other dealers, and they would not have gone to that extent to ease a customer's inconvenience.

    The lady who greets me is super duper friendly and efficient. My car is always done quickly! Only thing that would make it better is free wi-fi in the lounge.

    I love the service and people at this dealership. Friendly always fit me in and do the best they can to help whatever my need. I unfortunately purchased a lemon and they have gone out of their way to try to help.     Last minute when it was beginning to snow I decided that I needed to get new tires. I called a couple of places that did not have my size in stock. Decided to try Len Stoler, Rhonda checked and had them in stock, got 2 people to give up lunch to work on my car so I could get out in time to pick up kids from early dismissal at school. I was in and out, with an oil change also, within a little over an hour. I would say that was exceptional service. Thanks to Rhonda and the mechanics, they went way above what I expected.

    Excellent except I need catalytic converter and have had oil consumption issues and would have liked you to encourage me to fight for coverage from GM. Went to my local mechanic and told me the 2 are related and I need to fight them to cover it. Wish my dealership had told me this.

    Friendly service department staff! Repairs were done quickly! They repaired a coolant leak and completed a recall repair, also a oil change, tire rotation and washed the exterior.
