I was so upset about my car being service somewhere else and still having problems, came home ( because they treated me like family) and Sean and the team helped me even had me laughing they went above and beyond I can’t… remember everyone’s name but there is a pretty young lady, a guy in red shirt, Issac also a young men to the side of Isaac thanks so much. Sean thanks so much my baby is running with no problems. I will be seeing you all real soon. Not Good at all for me 1st oil change never again
by Rick Evans on 03/22/2025I purchased my vehicle for your location and was told that I would get 3 oil changes for free and I came in to get my 1st oil change and was charged for the service. Not right!! I was not called when my vehicle was done. 8am appointment.. I… went to your location around 12pm and my vehicle was done. Then I had to wait 30mins to pay for the oil change that was supposed to be free. Help me understand stand why I would refer your company to anybody.Rick, I'm sorry to hear about the confusion with your oil change service. It sounds like there was a miscommunication regarding the complimentary services promised at purchase. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further and make things right for you.
