Fast service

I have the service plan so I will not have to pay for oil changes and routine service.Thanks for sharing your experience! Worth the Drive

I was wary because I lived so far away, but the people at the dealership were professional and pleasant to deal with. I was at the dealership… for three and a half hours to finalize the deal; but I don't blame them for what was beyond their control. If I lived in their area of the country, I would shop there again.Chuck, we're so glad to know that your long journey to Ourisman Subaru Waldorf was worth it! Best car buying experience EVER!

Robb in sales was honest, straight-forward and really approachable. He made the buying process easy. This dealership… found me what I wanted after seeing the Subaru Impreza RS in white, but I wanted black. They got the car to the dealership in a few hours and made sure the car was ready for me the next morning. I was very happy with how I was treated from start to finish. I won't go anywhere but Ourisman Subaru for my vehicle needs. Predatory Upsell. Poor Communication and Service
by C Stewart on 12/29/20233 months ago painted part had run streaks. Scheduled appt to have part removed for paint. Car was also scheduled for routine service. We also requested a new headlight bulb 3 hours after drop off, received call from Chris, who advised all… my lights were out and needed to be replaced. I know this is not true because they were tested by me prior to drop off. Then i was advised that the engine and cabin air filters were dirty. I recently replaced the cabin air filter few month ago. So these upsell attempts seem predatory. No all people who send car for service are naive! Lastly Chris advised that there was no technician available for the scheduled service to remove the poorly painted part. In conclusion i got an oil change and a bulb. But mostly i got unnecessary aggravation. Service here used to be great… not sure whats going on there be its very disappointing How can you be a loyal customer to an Un-loyal/ Un-trustworthy business…?I'm sorry to read about your recent experience with us. It's concerning that you felt our service was not up to the standard we aim for, and I apologize if there were any misunderstandings or miscommunications during your visit. We certainly don't want anyone feeling like they're being taken advantage of - trust is crucial in our line of work.
