best car buying experience
by Ralph on 07/29/2019The only Best place to buy a car, Jessica Redman my sales agent was very thorough and helpful, (Jessica your Awesome that's all I can say) she helped me get the car I wanted, it took sometime but it was worth the wait, she took care of… everything I needed to make the transaction as smooth as silk. She never up sell anything, she was honest and straight forward. She got me the second key fob that was missing, that's just great customer service through and through, you can not find that in a dealership or anywhere. The managers were also thorough and gave me the best trade in value for my car, they were very transparent at every turn unlike the Dealerships I went to. Enterprise Car sales in Timonioum, MD, the people that worked there specially Jessica and her managers they were just awesome people who loves helping people get the car they wanted. They were never pushy or in a rush to sell you something that you did not want. I will come back next time to get another car for my wife. I would recommend this place and people anytime. Thank you for the Best vehicle buying experience you have given me, you took away my fears of car buying. It was a good car buying experience so when I needed a used car again-I went to the Timonium location. Not many people can say they had a pleasant experience car buying,… but I am one of them. Every single person there was attentive, considerate, friendly, etc. When it came to the paperwork- it didn't take 2-3 hours or all evening like most places. I strongly suggest if anyone needs a used car-go to Enterprise. The people are accomodating and the deals are great.Enterprise review
