Scam, Bait and switch, and 25% Dealer Fee hidden until arrival.

There was dealer fees but we thought they were inline or lower then other dealers we visited. Me and my wife are completely satisfied with our… purchase. by DMF on 05/07/2024I was conversing through email/text with someone, sent all information to get an online appraisal,(since I'm in SC and they're in MD) only to get a call from someone different asking me to bring the call in. They could not do an online… appraisal. They said they'd have the car gassed up and ready to go if I wanted to make the drive, as to sweeten the deal. A waste of time. Don't bother.Poor cosumer services,

by Honda CRS buyer on 11/11/2023Car listed for $21,900 (Edmunds Great Price!). I asked on the phone for best price and was told they only discuss that after a test drive. I was ready to buy after the test drive but then the sales manager shows me an invoice that its base… cost is over $26,000 and then over $29,000 with sales tax and destination charge added in! Claims I didn't read the small print that allows delaers to add substantial charges. Was not open to substantial negotiations. Obviously I didn't want to pay almost 50% more than I thought. Stay away!DO NOT SEE ANY CARS HERE

The car posted on the website is NOT the price they will sell to you, they ask 6000 dollars more of the listing price. Also, the car you decide to… take a look will never be available, even you text them in their building, and they are still telling you, yes, come to see the car, it is available. Then DO NOT go this place. I am wondering this place is just for money laundering, not a real place of selling cars.Bait and Switch - Said car in stock 40 mins before arrival, car sold prior!
by AnonymousReviewer on 08/28/2023Sarah from Global Auto confirmed the car was in stock. 40 minutes before we arrived, Sarah said, "We'll make sure to have the car ready for (sic) when you arrive today". When we arrived, Sarah regretfully told us the car was sold a week… ago but they had plenty of other cars for us to look at. We walked away immediately. TBH, do not waste your time with this dealership.Scam alert -- Stay FAR away

So I try to verify who is to be talking to me and I get no response. So I wait… until later on in the day and I reach again and I still have yet to receive a response from anyone.Be aware! Stay Away!

by Really angry on 07/20/2020Do not believe them when they tell you they have a vehicle. Made an appointment and drove 1 1/2 hours and they said they sold it and all like it in 1 day.
