    I am a return customer to that dealership. My first vehicle was used, this time I purchased a new vehicle. Everybody was nice and helpful. My salesman was Joshua Williams-Theodore who was knowledgeable and accommodating.

    Customer service was excellent overall. The Specialist provided very honest feedback on the issues identified and the various options available including potential cost associated with these. This information was extremely helpful to help decide on the actions to take.

    I had some initial concerns with my experience at Chevrolet Ourisman Rockville, but after discussing the situation further with Edwin, everything was resolved to my satisfaction. I originally wanted a 2025 Chevy Trax with specific features, including a sunroof, but there was some confusion when I received the car without that feature. Edwin was incredibly helpful in addressing my concerns and ensuring I understood all my options. Despite the misunderstanding, the team worked with me to find a solution, and I appreciated their efforts to make things right. In the end, I got what I wanted, and Edwin's customer service really stood out. I recommend giving them a chance, especially if you're lucky enough to work with someone as dedicated as Edwin!

    I had the worst experience at Chevrolet Ourisman Rockville, and I urge everyone to stay far away from this dealership. They are complete [non-permissible content removed]. They let me test drive a 2025 Chevy Trax with all the features I wanted, including a sunroof. However, once I signed all the paperwork, they handed me a different car—one without the sunroof! When I told them I didn’t want this inferior model, they had the audacity to offer me a 2024 model for more money and then jacked up the APR to a shocking 7.79%! Speaking of the APR, they never disclosed it up front. They kept me in the dark, and only at the very end did they spring this ridiculously high rate on me. It felt like they were deliberately misleading me to squeeze out as much money as possible. One of the worst parts of the experience was dealing with Thomas Carlo, one of the staff members. He was incredibly rude and dismissive, showing no regard for my concerns or my time. It's clear that this dealership doesn’t care about their customers—they only care about making a sale, no matter how underhanded their tactics are. If I could give them negative stars, I absolutely would, but unfortunately, that’s not an option. I highly recommend avoiding this place if you value your money, your time, and your peace of mind.

    Great preventative maintenance visit as usual. Nick Vasquez my Service Advisor is always professional, informative and great communication. The most important aspect of buying an auto from a Dealership is the Preventative maintenance and service. Very satisfied.

    My friend went to test drive a vehicle. Upon her arrival, she was told that she could only test drive it in the parking lot because it was not MD state inspected. And then, suddenly it was already sold. 6 days later, I still see it on website. I call and was told it was MD state inspected and what time would I like to come in. Scheduled my appointment with "sales manager" for 2 hours later. He then calls me back to tell me that the vehicle has been sold and he's sorry. Then, 1 1/2 hours later, a female sales person calls to ask me when I would like to come see the vehicle. I informed her of what the "manager" had told me. She politely put me on hold, came back to phone, apologies and that in fact it was sold. What a joke!!
    • I have gone through this, and it makes me angry. I am one who research’s every aspect of a vehicle I’m interested in. I pay VERY CLOSE ATTENTION to Reviews. Salespeople will get more vehicles sold if they put their customers first; There’s nothing worse than a greedy, unethical salesman, and dealership in general

    Shopped at Ourisman Chevrolet in Rockville yesterday looking to lease a 2019 Traverse. This was the fourth dealership that we'd been to, so there was no need to go through all the features of the vehicle. We knew what we wanted. Through my employer, I have access to TrueCar and after entering my zip code, I was directed to Ourisman along with two other dealerships, I made contact with the Ourisman and was directed to Wardell Mitchell. He and I traded a few emails with the basics of our needs. We met with Wardell after arriving at the dealership and he took us down to their offsite lot. During the ride, we discussed what we wanted in a new Traverse. We also noticed how friendly and personable he was. Wardell made note of our requirements and when we arrived back at the dealership, he went to work Ermias Kassaye, the sales manager. During our visit, they presented several deals to choose from within our price range and with the options we wanted. After selecting a vehicle from the options given, we completed the paperwork and were preparing to leave when we realized that one of our requirements hadn't been met; something we'd specifically discussed with Wardell during our trip to the offsite lot. After confirming that we were missing an option that we wanted, Wardell and Ermias went back to work to find another vehicle. After finding a second vehicle, we realized that it also didn't have the required option. Finally, they found a third vehicle, which not only met our requirements, but also exceeded them significantly. And they honored the original deal. These two gentlemen have earned customers for life with their willingness to go the extra mile. Both men went above and beyond, offering us water, feeding us lunch and making sure we were comfortable while in the dealership. We can't say enough about their integrity in doing the right thing to ensure extremely satisfied customers A couple of other comments. The dealership, while nice inside with a comfortable lounge, is lacking customer parking out front. We didn't find a spot when we arrived and had to wait for someone to leave to have a parking space. The drive of 10+ minutes to the offsite lot, with traffic and lights, is such a negative customer experience. Our day was made longer by having to wait for someone to go pickup a vehicle for us to consider when the first vehicle didn't work out. Would recommend building a parking garage out back (can get one prefabbed, which reduces cost of onsite construction.). Having onsite inventory will make for a more pleasant experience and should drive up sales.

    Ourisman Rockville is in a prime location and generally has a nice and helpful staff. However, many cars are stored offsite, which delays the shopping experience considerably. Bargain hard for the best deal. Be prepared for a long closing paperwork process too.

    My recent experience at Rockmont Chevy will have me coming back a third time in the future. Yes this is my second Equinox that I purchased at Ourismon Rockmont Bhevy, and both purchases I had the honor of working with Hector Rios. Hector and the Ourisman team were great to work with. The low pressure, no haggle, great pricing up front approach did the trick. Thank you for making the sales experience a good one.

  • Service Manager Tricked Me Do Unnecessary Service And Hang My Phone

    I am very disappointed with a service advisor Tim Hall and the service manager here. Here is my story, I took my car to their service department for a repair and the repair turns out to be covered by warranty, and they called me in addition to that, I need do three more services and they will cost almost $600. First I choose only two, because I really have no idea what they are talking about but what they told you always seems really urgent and serious. However about 20 min later, I changed my mind, because 2 days ago the place I did my oil change do a full inspection of my car and they didn't find the same problems, also my friends told me some dealor always try to squeeze more juice from customers. So I called Tim Hall, and as usual he introduces who he is in the phone, but as soon as I started to talk, his phone suddenly became unavailable left only automatic voice to me. I tried this twice, and the same case. So I have to drove their myself, and they first refused to cancel either of the two additional service, but when I questioned they could start all the work simultaneously and they couldn't finish in less than one hour, Tim Hall canceled one of the service unwillingly. When I picked up my car in the afternoon, I try to let him explain why he hang my phone. He refuse to admit it ever happen and let me to talk to the service manager. The manager simply said he didn't believe what I said and refuse to dig into the truth. I ask them to show the phone call record, they said they don't keep it, I don't know if it is true, But as a service manager, you are supposed to listen to what the customer say and not just stay there and refuse to believe me. I paid the bill anyway, because it's not like I would sue them, it's simply not worth it. But when the service advisor, Tim Hall refused to admit the truth and lied in front of my face, this is simply dishonesty that is not acceptable. I recommend everyone avoid this place or at least avoid Tim Hall, if you don't want to pay your money to do some nonsense service and work hard just to make money for them!

    They try but no attention to little details. I recently had them do repairs on my 07 HHR and the car was returned to me a mess... I took it back as they forgot to put on the GM logo on the door and my running board was not aligned properly. The interior of the car was extremely dirty, I had to spend an hour with wipes cleaning all the dirt and dust from all the panels. They left a stain on my rear headliner. And did not put the rubber grommet around the hook that hold the seat back latch, that is still missing. The new quarter panel they installed on the car has a dent in it (from the inside out). I nipple dent. There are runs in the paint some of which they did take care of. And the car rattles and makes body noises now. Oh well. I already advised State Farm and Travelers Insurance, but I doubt they will do anything. It is so incovenient to keep taking the car back to Ourisman. THOSE OUT THERE... STAY AWAY, if you want good service go someplace else...

    Beware; The relationship ends after you purchase a vehicle. I bought a vehicle from here on 6/22/2012 and two days after driving it I found an issue with placing the vehicle into reverse. I called my salesman as I sat in the parking lot where I noticed the grinding for the first time. Called my salesman a second time two days later, never received a phone call back. I setup an appointment with my local dealer to have the car inspected. The Services Consultant ended up giving me the run around, telling me there was nothing they could do. I then called Charles at Ourisman, as he was the one who handled the finance end of the sale. He provided guidance and advised he would follow up with me after speaking with his Service Manager. I told Charles about Emerson not responding to my voicemails, minutes after our call ended, Emerson called me with some lame excuse that he had been out of the office. Guess he had forgot that he left me a voice mail about receiving my insurance, the evening I left my second voicemail. DUH, it was obvious you were in the office! DON T BUY HERE IF YOU WANT SOMEONE THAT WILL HELP YOU WHEN YOU NEED HELP! I have yet to receive a follow up call from Charles or Emerson in regards to the issue with my vehicle....

    As a woman trying to buy a truck, I found it difficult to be taken seriously at other dealers. The staff at Ourisman did a great job helping me pick out the right truck for my needs and treated me with nothing but respect. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a fair deal with no hassles.

    I was overall satisfied with the frank talk of the sales reps. They worked with and even offered alternative means of saving money. I would recommend Ourisman Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
About our dealership
