Very personable and knowledgeable team - from check in, to discussing my car's service with the service advisor and service technician, it was all with a lot of respect for my concerns and made it a… great experience. I was also impressed by the customer waiting area. I know that I can come in here with any issues or concerns and that everything will be addressed. I explained I had a meeting in Baltimore at 2pm and that I needed… to pick the vehicle up at 1pm. I received a call from Keith at 12:30pm explains my vehicle was ready. Cannot Thank You Enough

He notified us that one of our tires was splitting badly though we had never noticed it and my wife drives an hour to and from work in this car. In 2006 she nearly died from an auto accident… in which her tire blew out and threw her under a semi on I-95 in Florida. This is not a trivial fix. I cannot thank you all enough.Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review!
