Cannot Thank You Enough

He notified us that one of our tires was splitting badly though we had never noticed it and my wife drives an hour to and from work in this car. In 2006 she nearly died from an auto accident… in which her tire blew out and threw her under a semi on I-95 in Florida. This is not a trivial fix. I cannot thank you all enough.Michael, thank you for taking the time to leave us such a great review! Extraordinary Service

I had a limited time to have our vehicle serviced as my son was in town for a funeral for one day and it was his car receiving service. Keith went above and beyond to have the vehicle… checked, advised what repairs were needed (which were major), and all repairs were completed by mid afternoon. Not to mention the car received a much needed wash. All contact occurred while I was attending a funeral -- Keith was diligent in making sure I was kept in the loop with texts, calls and voice messages. At pick up, Keith reviewed the repairs with me and my son, had taken a picture and explained, and was very kind. He took a stressful thing and made it easy for us, accommodating our short window of time.Your compliments and kind words mean so much to us and our team! We love hearing from satisfied customers, as we work incredibly hard each and every day to ensure that they’re given the fantastic customer service we know they deserve.
