Absolutely incredible service, from our first meeting and test drive with Roberto, to working with Rick on selecting what was right for us, to completing everything with Fady. Everyone was attentive to our needs and went and beyond (including lfar outside of business hours) to help us make the choice right for us.

    I just want to thank Land Rover Bethesda for their great service. Kamal has been a pleasure to work with. I received my vehicle as promised as well provided updates and feedback on services needed with identifying the priorities.I haven't had many interactions or services at this dealership but the ones I have show dedication to providing great customer service. I have owned my vehicle for over 3 years and was taking it for service at Land Rover Alexandria and I will say by far there is no comparison to the service I received at Land Rover Bethesda. I will be returning to Land Rover Bethesda for future services.

    Most of the time you can't walk out of the LR dealership without thousands of dollars of recommended service; this dealership is no different but did not pressure me into thinking all of these items were necessary. It was a fair assessment!

  • LandRover Bethesda help me find my new Defender 110

    For a couple of months I was looking for a Defender 110 S P400 with specific interior and exterior options which I could buy under my specific financial goals, budget including my trade-in vehicle as part of the deal. I contacted 5 dealers with my specific request and Bethesda was the one that made it possible. I had a great experience with contacting Internet Sales first and then sales having passing my finance requirements to the Finance Team. Once we got the entire plan discussed (vin, trade-in, apr, AutoNation Price) went down and finish my transaction fast with no surprises. I was treated all the time very respectfully, and professionally. Never questioned about the seriousness of my intend to but a car or pre-judgement on whether or not a fit the regular LR clients profile.

  • Another Range Rover water pump issue

    Disappointed that after buying this vehicle 2 years ago to replace another Range Rover who’s water pump failed melting the engine, I now need to spend $4000 to replace this water pump. Also, since that repair, my heater won’t work.

    Oyewale and his team were great to deal with. We custom ordered our new car. He kept us in the loop with the progress of the car. He was very thorough with telling us about the car and all the bells and whistles. Charlie in the financial department listened to our price limits and was able to meet us where we needed to be, financially.     Thank you for proving an amazing experience every time I go to the dealership. My service advisor, Gabriella, was as always very friendly and helpful at accommodating my requests. She is very knowledgeable with the cars and the types of services needed. I feel I can call or come by the dealership at anytime and the staff and my service advisor will take care of my car. After I picked up my car, it was like new. The rims were shining, the inside was all vacuumed and the seats were nicely cleaned.

    I purchased my vehicle two months ago and the paperwork is still incomplete. The dealer still owes me a check from overpayment. My Land Rover Remote account is still not active.

    The buying and trading went smoothly and acceptable. I’m done my part quickly (release any request for trading car such as 2nd key, title…). However, for my “new” car to me, I’m still waiting for the SECOND key which it’s stick on other location (Cockeysvilke) for 2 weeks already. I didn’t have any update status of it. Why? Land Rover Bethesda Maryland please answer me!

  • Awesome Svc Mgr - Poor Repair

    I dropped my car last month due to shaking when stopping and I may have gotten an oil change. When I picked it up it was making a noise, I texted the Service manager Crystal, she new I was coming from WV and got me loaner. Thank you Crystal for excellent service. I had to use my warranty due to an oil issue when the mechanic was the one that did the oil change. It was not making a noise prior to him working on my vehicle. Now I have my vehicle back a second time and it is making noise again. Its sad that I come all the way from WV only to get my car in worst condition than it was in when I took in. I have never had this issue before. This has me frustrated and disappointed. Crystal provided excellent service on to get poor mechanical work. Bethesda Landrover are the only mechanics that work on my car and I don't know what to do. So frustrated 😞

    The service advisor Crystal was wonderful. She is professional, courteous, accommodating and respectful. The service on my vehicle is very different. I must say I am not happy at all. I took my car a couple weeks ago because it shook when I hit the brakes. When I got it back it was making a noise so I called Crystal. She got me in asap. I got it back about a week in a half ago. Again.....its making a noise, a rubbing sound. This time I am dealing with it. I have an older model landrover and I am assuming they have a new technician on board. My oil was changed on my initial visit. The reason for the noise when it was returned was the oil mixing with water. But I am told it wasn't their fault. I know that I did not have the problem when I originally took it in. Now I have this rubbing noise that I did not have prior to taking it in. I am disappointed is the work performed. It doesn't matter how awesome your service manager is it the work performed leaves you with new problems. The sad thing is I drive from WV to Bethesda so this is not sitting well with me right now.
