by Ikeandbobbi on 02/16/2018$598.00 to replace spark plugs? Outrageously high and quite frankly, ridiculous! $1056.00 to mount and balance 4 tires? Not horrible, but still overpriced. $140.00 for a 4 wheel alignment? Money grab, should be included with the… purchase of tires. $159.00 for a brake system fluid exchange? Not horrible, but not necessary. Money grab! $72.00 to replace windshield wiper blades? Way overpriced! When it was all said and done, the estimated cost for the Flex Service B, and to replace parts on our vehicle came to $2568.40! That is highway robbery. We will be finding another place to take our vehicle for future service.Infinity G37

They kept us updated on the car we ordered and followed up with us… after we drove home with it. We swear by the safety and security that Mercedes suvs provide for us and especially our children.All Good

My loaner was gassed up and ready to go. My vehicle was ready on time and washed. I was able to pay… my bill online and received an electronic invoice and it was under the estimate. I signed their paperwork after it was reviewed with me, was handed my keys and was out the door in five minutes. Can't beat that for Customer Service.Blown tire and roadside assistance

The people are always very friendly and accommodating. They… wash my vehicle each time I take it in and that is a nice perk. I appreciate the use of a loaner if my wait will exceed 1 hour. I loved it and they honored our usaa car buying discount and we were… out of there counting the paperwork and the test drive in 2 hours. omg that is truly amazing. the salesman was funny and all the employees there were nice. I even got a full tank of gas. my husband and I will drive back out for another Mercedes when these die. the best dealership around and excellent customer service.Outstanding service

Also disappointed that a loaner was not available since I had to leave the vehicle at the dealership… due to unforeseen circumstances.Always impressed.
