by Ebor on 08/16/2024I went to this dealership excited to test drive 5 cars they listed online. The first 2 cars (a Ford Fusion Hybrid and C-Max Hybrid) simply wouldn't start, even when we attempted to jumpstart them. The salesman spent the entire time I was… looking at other cars (over an hour) trying to get them to start and wasn't able, so it was most likely more than a dead battery. The 3rd car I was considering was clearly owned by a smoker and reeked as soon as I got inside. The 4th car I was considering had an interior panel in the door fall off as soon as the door was closed, implying the paneling was falling apart and being held together by rotting glue. The 5th car (a Prius) was the only car I actually got to the stage of test driving, but even it seemed poorly kept and was peeling in places, so we passed. Overall, it seemed like many of their used cars were simply bought at auction and delivered straight to their parking lot and put on sale with no quality testing or inspection whatsoever. I can't imagine many of their cars would pass MD state inspection, so I don't know how they're allowed to sell them unless they have a kickback arrangement with a corrupt inspector. Do not waste your time at this dealership.
