However from the casual visit to the final sale I felt like the team really wanted me to win and choose the right vehicle. The salesman Mark was patient as I looked at vehicles… and during the test drive. Noah and Lorenzo were great as well. I would recommend this dealership and specifically Mark to anyone looking for a vehicle.Professionalism

by ravensfan on 04/06/2024Our sales consultant, Adam Green, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was well informed about the vehicle we were interested in and answered all of our questions. If he didn’t know, he found out the answer and replied promptly.… He responded to or returned our many phone calls before we were even able to get to the dealership. It was a few days before the car was ready for us to see, but when it was, he made sure to take and send pictures. More importantly, when we finally were able to get there, he made himself available even though it should have been his day off. Before we took the car for a test drive, Adam demonstrated and explained the car’s features. We can’t say enough good things about the way we were treated. When it came time to speak to Reina Boucher in the financing department, she was friendly and courteous. She provided a very clear and detailed explanation of the dealership’s different levels of warranty programs. She also provided very competent and helpful support as we completed the sales documents, including explaining the necessary forms, as well as helping us with electronic signings. If we ever purchase another Acura, AutoNation Hunt Valley will be our “go to” dealership!Hi, your comments keep us motivated and working hard for all our guests! A great buying experience

Sale was somewhat frustrating
by Disappointed on 03/29/2024My sale was a lease end and I purchased my TLX. Sales numbers were predetermined so I thought the process would be straight forward and quick. It was not. Communication was the real issue with my sale. Had to ask my Sales guy, Mark… several times for documentation and when it was finally sent, the numbers were not correct. Told him several times that I did not want any surprises when I showed up to complete the sale and asked him several times everything was set for sale. He indicated yes and the process would take 1 to 1.5 hours. When I sat down to complete the sale, once again the sales worksheet was incorrect. When I went to meet with the Finance guy, Lorenzo asked me if I brought my bank statement. I did not as I was not informed that I would need a bank statement. When we finally worked our way thru the process, I had to wait another hour for Mark and Lorenzo to produce my tags. All, in all the entire process took almost 3 hours. I did end up sending my bank statement to Lorenzo via email and asked him to respond with the information for Point Breeze who provided the financing for my sale. Did not get a response so I sent a text to Mark to have Lorenzo contact me. Mark never responded. Finally I received an email from Mark welcoming me to the dealership. It was then that I responded to the email telling Mark how disappointed I was in the entire process and he did have Lorenzo respond to my initial e-mail. Process was way too cumbersome. Just glad I did not have to negotiate anything as this would have been a nightmare.Hi, we are deeply disappointed by your experience at AutoNation Acura Hunt Valley. Great Sales Experience

Adam Green went out of his way to help me get into the car I wanted and without any… shenanigans. Just the price advertised online. Even the finance guy was straightforward and no nonsense. I made an appointment and went in, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with helping me make my decision. He made sure I knew ALL my… options. I chose to buy and he went over the entire car with me, staying past his end of the day. I would highly recommend Auto Nation and Mr Butler.
