Jake D'Alessio from pre-owned is the reason why I decided to purchase a car from Chevy Chase Acura. From the beginning he was very courteous and helpful in… finding me my dream car (MDX). I was hoping for 2014 MDX but Jake did not let me settle, he found me a better car that was very well maintained. I appreciated the fact that he was not pushy. Jake showed extreme professionalism and was willing to help me get my dream car. His stellar service did not stop at the purchase point, he also assisted in getting all the little details fixed on the car prior to giving it to me. Thank you Jake, I would recommend you to anyone. I would like to also recognize Macering Boiro, the finance manager who was key is closing this deal. He took the time to explain all of my financial options and assisted in making the best choice. It was all very straight-forward and a rather pleasant experience. May I also say I enjoyed working with Richard Boyd in the Sales department -- he was very knowledgeable and thorough when I had questions in emails and phone calls and, importantly, during the test drive. Also - he came through with a 2017 RDX Advance in Fathom Blue Pearl! The other gentlemen who helped with my purchase, including in the other departments (e.g. Finance), were also a pleasure to work with.Amazing Car Buying Experiencing

Don was knowledgeable, hustled to get us out the door once the deal was made, and was excellent in the follow up process. The person we dealt… with in the finance department was Aida, and she made that experience the smoothest I have experienced. My reason for 4 stars is that the car was unacceptably dirty on the inside and had a few minor scratches on the outside which shouldn't be the case for a new car.Very helpful sales staff

Luckily, I'd been researching the issue and TLX was as close as I could get to as good as car as… I'd had. My salesperson at Chevy Chase Acura, Don Watkins, was as considerate and helpful as could be. So was his sales manager Ralph Kolius, who offered a deal that beat his competitors by $1000. Would highly recommend.Great Experience!

Mitch Levine from Chevy Chase Acura was the first one to respond with the lowest quote. We exchange email a couple of… times. He was very quick in responding to emails. Although others dealers in the area promised to beat their price, I decided to go to Cheve Chase Acura. Mitch was helping another couple but he arranged Ali Gokce to help us so we did not have to wait. Both gentlemen are very nice, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend Mitch and Ali. They do a great job of pricing, and the experience is a pleasure.a very professionally run dealership

Robert McKeon from Chevy Chase Acura was the first one to respond. He was also very quick in responding to my questions. In… the end, they offerred me a deal I could not refuse. Financing was smooth sailing also. Robert took the time to explain the features in the car and hooked up my wife's phone with the car. This is probably my best car buying experience. They gave me a good deal. What is more important is that the staff is friendly and courteous. My overall impression is that it is very professionally managed. If you know what you want and do your homework, I highly recommend Chevy Chase Acura.Classic Bait and Switch - Very Shady

After a very detailed and length email exchange, I was told they had the car at the price I wanted. I drove 45 minutes there to test drive it , only to be told the… minute I walked in "Oh, well that car isn't actually available but I want to talk to you about..." This was not a misunderstanding...the email exchange could not have been more clear. Very unprofessional.Would never buy a car from them again

I was quoted a price i requested in writing along with the vehicle information. I told… the sales representative that I spoke to Kavey and I have a written quote to purchase the 2014 AWD MDX. He went to find the manager Kavey that now stated he was confused. He thought I would settle for the Fwd 2014 mdx instead. I recommend that anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle Stay away from CHEVY CHASE ACURA. They are dishonest. I want to know if these behaviors can be reported to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU? I was so upset I was planning to contact the media. I complained to Acura headquarters and haven't heard anything yet.Good Experience

I was prepared for the various dealer tricks, but I went in (twice) and stuck to my guns re: how much I was willing to pay for a 2014 AWD MDX.… Fortunately, I had done extensive research on determining a fair price for the vehicle ($4K below MSRP, but I probably could've squeezed another $1K if I tried harder). The process in the finance room was the smoothest I've ever experienced. The finance manager slashed an already great rate I had received from my bank. After adding a couple of car-care packages to the sale, I ended up walking away paying only $13/mo. then I had planned on. There were a few times where I knew I was being misled (such as the availability of my choice color and signing a document that resulted in a credit inquiry against my wishes), but those are typical dealer antics that didn't cost me more money.Great Service
