I had a great experience with Ezeckial Meeks! He was very knowledgeable and professional and made the entire process enjoyable. Even the general manager reached out to make sure everything went well and let me know I can come back anytime… if I need anything. I’m glad I chose this dealership to buy a car from!

by joihtest2 on 08/21/2008Careless and incompetent technicians and the chaos management. I have been asked for initial $800 for some parts on my 2003 MPV, then eventually paid them $3800. They told me it can be finished in two weeks, but actually cost me more than… one month. When driving home, I immediately found some smoke from engine, then next day went there. They told me they forgot to put on some caps. Also saw a couple of instances there that customers becoming furious since they just asked for money and more money.Excellent Service

It took me several non-answered calls just to get through to the service department. Once I… actually arrived for my appointment everything was smooth and quick. I travel alot and I need the All Wheel Drive for different weather conditions. My Saleswoman was the best. Her name is May. She is patient,… knowledgeable and well informed about the Subaru's. by mr_sparkle on 01/15/2011updated 08/08/2025An oil change is pretty simple, so I thought. I guess I am the sucker for taking my car to the dealer for a simple oil change. Even jiffy lube wouldn't have screwed up this bad (and would have been cheaper!). On the ride home from the… dealer after the oilchange I noticed that the car smelled faintly like burning oil. No big deal, I thought, they probably just spilled some oil on the engine while filling it up, and it will go away soon. After about 2-3 days, when the smell still had not gone away I popped the hood to take a look. What did I find? The oil cap was missing! They had actually forgotten to put the cap back on the engine after adding the oil. My pisons were exposed to the open air, and when the car was running it was spewing oil out of this gaping hole in the said of the engine. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional. When I called, they did tell me it was "Safe to drive" and to bring it back and they would replace the missing cap and inspect it to make sure everything was okay. Still, I will never go to this dealer for service again. That kind of negligence in a simple oil change is completely unacceptable.I won't go anywhere else from now on

In addition, I asked them to repair a few minor problems of the kind that crop up with a car of this age, such as repairing a broken fuel door… release. All work was done well, completed in a timely manner, and for less than the original price quote. Everyone I met at the dealership had a very helpful attitude, and did their job efficiently. I will be back!Good deal, good dealer

Simply put, if you ever lose Adrienne C., Bob H., and Steve S...I'm going elsewhere. They have treated me… like family over the years and always put me into a quality car, maintain it with professional level service, and see to it that I can get an appointment when something goes wrong. They are quick to respond never seem annoyed that I call. As a result I've developed a deep sense of trust in dealing with Russell Automotive. Recently, I've become acquainted with a few others at Russell who are very friendly as well. But, these three members of your staff have given me a strong sense of security that I am driving a safe, efficient and quality vehicle. This is service I don't mind paying for. This is a dealership I don't mind driving across town to do business with, even though there's a Subaru dealer within a mile of my apartment in Timonium. Thanks again and much appreciation to Adrienne, Bob, and Steve for all you've done for me over the years.excellent salesperson, so-so finance service
by mll2 on 12/06/2013updated 08/08/2025We had a great experience working with Mr. Yong L., the sales rep, to buy our car. He's really knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He deserves a 5-star rating. But the lady in the finance department didn't mention anything of their… advertised interest rate although we have a very decent credit record. If we hadn't asked for it, she would have given us a 2.99% rate instead of the advertised 0.99% rate. So be very careful with the rate on your paperwork if you want to use their loan service. One star was deduced because of this bad experience.
