    To Whom It Concerns, I am emailing this message in hopes of having it passed onto those within the leadership of Rowe Hyundai Westbrook. Specifically those who supervise the General Sales Manager, Jason Standley, and the salesman Leif O’Connell. My name is Ben Sawyer, me and my wife Amanda have purchased (leased) 4 vehicles from Rowe Hyundai Westbrook in just under 3 years. We have done this with Leif as our sales person and he has guided us through each purchase individually. We always continued to go back to Hyundai each time for a new lease because we trust and believe in the product, but more importantly, we trusted and believed in the staff there. Vehicles today have every option possible and it is a buyers selection on specifically which brand/product they wish to purchase. That type of competition makes selling the product more about personal relationships than about the product itself. We can get a car from any dealership we want, however, we can’t get the salesmanship from other people like we do from the staff at Rowe and Leif. My recent lease, a Hyundai Sonata, was deficient in Satellite radio options. A specific option, that I find odd, that the car maker would remove and not have it as a standard vehicle option for entertainment. However, nonetheless it wasn’t noticed by me on the initial signing and was later discovered the following day with much disappointment. I later approached the staff at Rowe Hyundai, Leif and Jason, to voice my concerns and whom both could easily notice that I was displeased with the missing options including satellite radio. Both Jason and Leif approached my concerns and dissatisfaction with a sense of immediate interest. They both empathized with my dissatisfaction and Leif even rode with me to a Satellite Radio installation store to discuss options of them paying to have it installed at no cost to the customer. Jason was sincere in his attentiveness to try to solve my concerns that were mutually agreed upon by all parties involved. Their willingness to approach my concerns with sincere attempts for resolution helped embolden my view of them as professional and customer focused. What could have been a simple “Buyer Beware” statement from some dealers, was met with head-on determination to resolve the issue by your staff. Even after the installation of a satellite radio into the car was no longer a viable option, they continued to express a desire to come to terms of a resolution that would keep the customer happy and a continued customer returning for future business. These type of dedicated and determined employees towards customer satisfaction is what caused our purchase of 4 vehicles in under 3 years and is what, I hope, will continue to be a strong business-customer relationship for many years, and cars, to come.
