    The price of our new car was extremely competitive. Kyle knew exactly what we were looking for and worked hard to make sure we were able to complete the purchase. The car runs perfectly and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience.

    I recently bought a 2024 Toyota Corolla Hatchback from Lee Toyota in Topsham, and I was blown away by how hard the sales team worked to get me the exact car I wanted, when I wanted it. The sales agent I worked with most directly hovered over a constantly changing online spreadsheet showing which cars with what features were available at which Maine dealers and how quickly each of those vehicles could be delivered to Topsham. When it came to negotiating the details of the purchase, the person I worked with was friendly, professional, willing to go the extra mile to give me what I wanted. And in the weeks since I brought the car home, my own agent and others on the sales team have been more than patient as I've struggled to learn the car's onboard technology, which is light years beyond what my previous 2016 car had. All in all, I am thrilled with my new car--and so glad I bought it from the Lee dealership in Topham!

    I’ve bought several vehicles from Lee Toyota in topsham over the years and have always been given good service. My wife and I had gone to Berlin city Toyota in Portland and never ever again will I buy a vehicle from them, worst service ever. So we went to lee toyota in topsham where Scott Lane went way way out of his way to get us a the vehicle we wanted, (mainly for my wife). We got the exact vehicle we wanted color and all options too. We did have to order it and only had to put $500 down. But Scott was kept the communications going and kept us up to date periodically to let us know the status of our vehicle. No need to look else where but lee Toyota and ask for Scott Lane he will get you exactly what you want or need!
  • BZ4X Beware

    This dealership was not knowledgable about EV rebates. The BZ4X is not eligible for rebates if MSRP is over $50K. The only models available were fully loaded All Wheel drive, thus MSRP was 2K over $50K. Also apparently electric vehicles have to be made in USA to qualify for tax incentives. Admittedly, the federal and state legislation on rebates and incentives is a mess, but we wish we had gotten more extensive information before we purchased. We do like the vehicle itself - it is comfortable and responsive. But Toyota apparently has not trained dealerships on how to help customers with the app that is supposed to do everything from starting the BZ4X to finding charging stations. The app is confusing and does not always work. For example, we only received one key fob and unfortunately depend on the app as our second key.

    I just purchased a RAV4 from Lee Toyota in Topsham. I worked with Evan Feldman and absolutely recommend that you ask for him personally. I have purchased multiple cars over the years and have never felt it was a seamless or gratifying process - until I purchased from Lee. From the first moment, Evan walked me through the process and I appreciated the negotiation free zone. Evan Feldman is the consummate professional, yet he feels like your friend from next door. I hope Lee appreciate him and hold on to him!

    Buying a car these days can be a challenge due to low inventory issues. Evan at Lee Toyota in Topsham worked with me to find the Corolla Hatchback XSE with the features I wanted in a color I liked. He worked tirelessly to find my car and persistence paid off. I plan on having this car for a long time and didn’t want to compromise. I know that Toyota is a name I can trust and you can trust that the team at Lee Toyota will treat you fairly. Before I met Evan I had been shopping around at various local dealerships and had had not found anyone who was willing to work with me. I had brush offs, calls not returned, or no follow through if I didn’t take the first thing offered... which was not the make, model or even type of vehicle I wanted. Just because inventory is low doesn’t mean that people have to take whatever’s on the lot. Evan understood this and listened. He told me when we met that he would return my calls and he kept that promise. Thank you, Evan and the Lee Toyota team, for finding me the car that’s right for me.

    The used car advertised on the website was available (not true with multiple other dealerships). Took for a test drive, discussed other available cars on lot and took those for a drive too. Ended up buying a used car that’s a great fit. Excellent straight forward support and interaction. Fourth car we’ve purchased from Lee Toyota. I’ve realized looking at other dealerships is not a good use of time - should simply always start here.

    IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM HERE. I spoke with a salesperson all week and we decided to meet this morning to buy a vehicle. The salesperson did not put my name on "the board". Another person was due to see the same vehicle later. So the sales manager Mike Cosgrove gave first pick of the vehicle to someone who had an appointment behind me. Mike is completely unethical and I would never do business with them. They don't do what they say and lost my trust. Left there and went to Toyota of Nashua (NH) which was a great experience. Don't waste your time with this dealer.

    This is my 4 th new vehicle from Lee over many years. Customer Service has seen a tremendous upgrade, with the assistance of a knowledgeable saleswoman like Trisha Hunter,who walked me through the operation of all the new dashboard conveniences. Under adverse supply chain conditions, I quickly took possession of a new Toyota Highlander,completed paperwork with minimal fuss and drove home. I even got a customer pickup ride from a nearby Mall, where I parked my old vehicle to be claimed by the new owner. Done,and done!

    Ordered a Rav4 Hybrid. Overall probably the least stressful new car buying experience I’ve ever had. Plus their community and Public Broadcasting support made it even more appealing to buy from Lee.

    I bought my new preowned Tundra site unseen. When I called the dealership the vehicle was too new for photos. My salesman Scott accurately described the condition of the vehicle and the accessories. When I arrived they were finishing up the detailing of the vehicle. The salesman introduced me to the finance people and everything went smoothly. I drove the vehicle home that day. Thanks

    We met with Sam in reference to getting "on the list". We walked in and someone immediately asked if they could help us. We had a scheduled appt. and Sam was finishing up with someone else's business. We were offered something to drink right away. When Sam finished, he immediately introduced himself and we were off and running. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and incredibly helpful in every way. He was very positive and upbeat, and reassuring as well. He made sure we understood the process and was happy to answer any and all questions. It was a good, solid meeting and he was fairly sure that it wouldn't be very long before our requested vehicle would become available. Fingers crossed . . .

    This was the BEST buying experience I’ve ever had. Trisha made it so easy, no pressure, followed up on everything as promised and made the visit great. Trade in appraisal was simple and Zack in finance is efficient and super easy to work with. Lee is doing it right!

    Great team. They gave me the deal I wanted and had my Tacoma ready to go. They explained the phone pairing and helped set it up. Took time to make sure we were happy with all aspects of the deal. All this during a state wide blizzard.if your thinking about a vehicle go see them.

    Easily, the Lee Toyota Topsham, ME, folks have been the most patient, honest, careful, caring, and cooperative car dealership staff we have EVER dealt with. No hassle, no hype, plain facts -- we took our time, asked lots of questions, got considered answers. It's like dealing with a friend not someone trying to put one over on you. Are we going back there, you betcha, over and over. John and Trisha were our go-to people and they know their stuff. We couldn't be happier.
