2024 GMC Sierra

TJ Presterone is an awesome salesman! He made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted, and had the financing all ready to go by the time the vehicle was ready. When I came into the dealership it took less than an hour to get all of the paperwork done and during the test drive he knew everything that the vehicle was capable of and walked me through it expertly. TJ made the whole experience enjoyable, and honestly the best car buying experience I have ever had, it's no wonder he was Lee GMC's salesman of the year for 2023. Thanks TJ!

    Derek was polite, knowledgeable, and professional. He made the buying experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend buying from Lee GMC.

    I made an appointment in December 2022 for a recall, The day before the appointment I received a phone call that the parts did not come in so I would need to reschedule. I told the lady that it may be a few months before I could get it back there so i will call them to set up an appointment. Fast forward to February 23rd I called and made an appointment to have the recall completed on March 7th. I dropped my truck off on the afternoon of March 6th and handed my keys to a person in the service department. The next morning I received a call from the service manager Mark, Mark stated the parts for my truck were reallocated to another vehicle so it would be a couple days before new parts were received and my truck would be ready. I could either pick it up and bring it back or it could stay at the dealership when the parts came in. I explained that I made this appointment two weeks prior and questioned why he did not have the parts. Mark responded saying that the parts were ordered and received last year and I did not bring the truck in to have the work completed. I was not happy with that response. It was not my fault the first appointment did not happen, I explained it would be several months before I could return. I also said they should have verified they had the parts when I scheduled this appointment. So the service manager is blaming me because no one at the dealership verified they had the parts for the recall, they had two weeks to source them but instead, in the service managers opinion I was the reason the work was no getting done as scheduled. That is unacceptable So this occurred on a Tuesday. I called the service department on Thursday asking about the status of my truck and was told the parts came in and would be installed on Friday. The reason I called to ask about it was that I needed the truck for a trip out of town, leaving on Friday. I received the call at 11:22am on Friday that my truck was ready and ended up leaving two hours later than planned for my trip. This was a four hour job that was supposed to be completed on the day of the appointment. Instead it was completed four days later. After the blame game with the service manager I told him they will never see me in their dealership again and that is the truth. Less than a week later I traded the truck in for a different brand and have no intentions of buying another GM product if this is how I will be treated. Which is too bad because then day I dropped my truck off I saw a truck on the lot I was going to look at when I returned to pick mine up.

    In for some routine maintenance and warranty work. I was in and out in under 2hrs and everything went smooth.
