by Mfarmer on 01/20/2024My experience with Arundel Ford was excellent with my new vehicle purchase. We were out of state and they were very helpful. Even going as far as picking up my parents at the airport to drive the vehicle home for us. Unfortunately that is… when that excellent service ended. When they arrived home with the new Super Duty I saw a large deep scratch in the gauge cluster. My dad said he did not notice it when they received the vehicle. After reviewing several screenshots I had of the vehicle online I could then see the scratch. I did notice it before but assumed it to be a reflection as it was a brand new vehicle. I thought no big deal. I will just contact Arundel and let them know of the situation. I’m sure they will be happy to help me take care of it in my home state as driving the vehicle back would be cost prohibitive. They were very nice as usual and said that I could just take it to my local dealer to get an estimate. That’s when the run around started. All of a sudden I couldn’t get a hold of anyone anymore. Calls, texts, messages were not being returned. I started to call more frequently and finally got to talk to someone. All kinds of excuses why my calls were not returned. They told me again they would take care of it and to schedule it with my dealer. When the work was done my dealer was told to call them and they would take care of the bill. This process took over 3 months to get to this point. I remained calm and polite with them the entire time. Well you can imagine how the story ends. Another 50 days has passed since the work was completed. My dealer and I tried to contact them multiple times to get the bill paid to no avail. Many more excuses and unreturned calls. I ended up having to pay the bill myself and I am out the cost of replacing the gauge cluster and about 4 months of phone time and agony. I wasn’t going to give in but they finally broke me. I am not that kind of person. I believe in people and am willing to give them every opportunity to make things right but these people are not people that you want to do business with. They are just truly bad people. I did read other reviews about Arundel Ford warning of others having the same issues before my purchase but I did not believe it after talking with them. Well you better believe it. Once they have your money you mean nothing to them. Hope this helps just one person make their decision easier!Arundle Ford delivers smiles

The entire process was very easy, no pressure from our salesperson Susan, we were able to take it for a test… drive to make sure it handled well,which it did. It is not a fancy model but we did not need one with an OffRoad package just to go downtown to an appointment or to do groceries! The Bronco Sport Big Bend is cute, stylish, has a lot of headroom and has plenty of pep for a 4 cylinder. So far we are very happy to have jumped back into being a returning Arundel Ford customer, all of the staff we met were very personable, helpful, happy people doing a great job to get a sale to a couple of customers who have bought and traded more vehicles than we like to admit! We love our new Bronco Sport Big Bend!

I was also disappointed to find out after the fact that this vehicle didn't have the navigation system included as an additional option which was important to me.Customer for life!
