Antonio "Tino" gave me every opportunity to purchase exactly what I wanted. There was no stress or… pressure! lt was so easy and he was thorough with everything that was shown to me. The best experience hands down!! So much that I referred 2 family members to them one bought a Yukon the other is in the process of purchasing an encore!Thank you so much, Mandy! Our late day needs were never a hassle. Our financial constraints weren't an issue. We felt like… we were sitting down with friends! And then to put my husband's truck on the showroom floor just before we rolled out was a really nice touch! Thank you for making our first new car buying experience such a great one!Amazing salesmanship that listens to your needs and understands perfectly.
by cajunangel45 on 11/10/2016After a heart wrenching decision that we needed a bigger vehicle for medical needs, I went to Jack Hebert Allstar GMC/Buick. Ronnie Singley had sold me my amazing Buick Encore, so when I approached him with my needs, he gladly sat down and… discussed the pros and cons of our needs. He helped us decide on a truck and after driving several, a double cab was perfect for me. Ragan Royer, his assistant, helped us drive truck after truck, til we found the perfect combination that we were satisfied with. After about 3 month as of patiently looking for us the right truck at at the right price, Ronnie Singley and Ragan Royer called . Us in with a happy note, "we've found the perfect one!" Absolutely right! The price was amazing. No other dealer had come close. The packages were totally loaded, who needs a moonroof to drive by, I get sunburnt on the forehead! :-) in One hour my check was there, vehicle was being given a beautiful bedliner and detailing interior & wash. Love the look, the performance, the power and pickup in my new Gmc Sierra. I would vote Ronnie Singley hands down best salesman across the gulfcoast, as I have been in quite a few from Texas to Florida in the last 4 months. He treated me with care, respect, did not diminish the fact I was a lady as some did. I knew when I saw the bottom line, I was looking at a terrific deal due to the research I had been investing in. You could not ask for a more helpful, accommodating wonderful lady as Ragan Royer. She happily helped set my email, smartphone apps up. Ragan had no problem being very patiently explaining every intricate new feature of navigation and linking to technology. It was a pleasure once again doing business with Jack Hebert All-star. This is my 3 vehicle in less than 10 years. It won't be my last from him. My salesman will always be Ronnie Singley, and assistant Ragan Royer.Great people, Great prices

Can't begin to say how well we were treated as customers! And did I say it was an incredible deal?… Because if I didn't, let me reiterate: it was an incredible deal on a beautiful truck. Unfortunately, even though it is mid season for 2015 Acadias, a Diamond white could not be found. My only… disappointment was driving away in a car that wasn't the right color for me. I love my 2nd Acadia. I bought my 1st one from All Star in 2007 and had very few problems. We are looking forward to the same quality with the 2015. We were promised 2 years of oil changes and tire rotation from the Sales Mgr., but were not given this in writing. I am guessing that this is standard procedure and am not worried at this point about All Star honoring this promise as they have been very up front with us to date.My Acadia

I then got a phone call from my salesman, Eugene L., who gave me a ball park figure & said to come… see him when I was ready. I went in & met with Eugene who immediately started looking for a truck for me. It was a tough bill to fill because of what I was looking for in a truck however Eugene found me one that I bought & it is everything I wanted in a pickup. Eugene L. & Jack H. were a tremendous help & it was a great experience buying from All Star GMC
