I had limited time and needed to acquire a car that day. Prior to visiting Banner Chevrolet, I had… contacted/visited several establishments that were not the right fit. by New Z71 on 04/29/2024I am very satisfied with the experience at Banner Chevrolet! The entire staff, Ahn, Craig, James, and Trey were extremely courteous, professional, and most importantly HONEST. They offered me a fair price for my new Tahoe, and a fair… price for my trade in. That is all that most customers ask, is that the dealership is fair and honest. I know they have to make money to remain in business, but a good deal is when both parties don't get everything they want, but everything they need. by Littlemamap on 06/30/2016We had an excellent sales experience. Our car died Thursday a week ago. We had it towed to our mechanic. The price was not worth it. Saturday a friend dropped us off at Banner. A longtime neighbor and friend had told us about her daughter… great deal at Banner. I told her I would go to Banner when we were ready for another car. Well we weren't quite ready but we needed another car. Mr. Brumfield and Mr Taylor saved us a lot of time by pre-qualifying us. We were looking for a car 2-3 years old and we were able to purchase a brand new car. That was the quickest car deal, I ever made. We love our car !!!Excellent dealership
