Normally, when I drive up, I sit in the car or truck waiting for someone to come out… and no one does. No matter my situation he was 100% honest thru everything never guaranteed me anything that he couldn't do. Everything he… said he was going to do he did and much more. He made me feel like member of the leson Chevrolet family. He even still calls to check up and see if everything is going great with the car. I will most likely send all my family and friends to tiger if they were trying to get a car. She lied and never once until I got up-set offer to correct the problem. august visit/oil change
by kayfalgoust on 08/13/2014they did take care of me...but when i got home i realized that they forgot to reset my oil back to 100% and so i called and had to leave a message on your voice mail and that was 2 weeks ago. in fact i left 2 messages and still have not… received a call back from the service department. finally got the book out to see if i could figure it out and i did. but i still think it is not good service to not return phone calls.I would like to extend an apology for your recent experience with us. It is important to us that we satisfy each and every customer and you actually really help us by bringing these inconsistencies to our attention. Amazing car buying experience.

Was about to give up but glad i made one last stop at Leson and was very… pleased with the whole experience, from the sales experience to being shown around the massive full service lot. by gjbjr on 03/06/2008I have had two opportunities to have two Chevrolets I operate serviced within the last two months. I called Leson Chevrolet to discuss a problem with the steering on my Suburban. The service advisor indicated that the problem would be… easy to diagnose if they could test drive the vehicle. I arranged an appointment for a day or two later. I arrived at the dealership and met with my advisor who arranged for the test drive. A mechanic drove my vehicle on the dealership lot and diagnosed the problem immediately. He also identified a problem with my front end alignment that was causing undue wear on my tires. He indicated that the steering shaft needed replacement and the repair would be completed the same day. Leson offers a shuttle service. I waited a few minutes in the waiting area. It was a spacious area with television, coffee, refreshments, along with an area where I could use my notebook computer. I waited a few minutes for the shuttle. They dropped me off at my office in downtown New Orleans. The driver offered to pick me up when the repair was completed. Within 2-3 hours the service advisor called me to tell me my vehicle was ready for pickup. The pickup and payment only took a few minutes. This was a pleasant experience. Approximately two weeks later, my wife needed her Silverado serviced. She attempted to obtain repairs at another local dealer. That was a complete waste of time because we had not purchased our truck from them. We were met by a rude argumentative service advisor at this other dealer. We should have left without haste, however, my wife made the appointment and expected the repairs would be accomplished. She wasted a day with them. My wife retrieved her truck from the other dealer and drove directly to Leson. We were met by helpful service advisors. My wife's description, "like a night and day difference from the other Chevy dealership." The truck was serviced promptly. Needless to say, we won't be using the other dealer or suggesting it for any of our friends or family. The folks at Leson, they are tops in my book! I'll be back the next time I need their services! Even with a trip across the river...it's time well spent!Complete the job or return the money
by mrswinnie on 04/24/2012updated 08/03/2025I paid to have an electrical test done on my 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe LS. They told me nothing was wrong with the electrical parts of the vehicle. They said it was the battery. They replaced the battery. The vehicle worked fine for 2 days. It… went right back to doing what it was doing before. I called them back and they told me that I would have to pay for another electrical test. Needless to say a year later, my truck is doing the same thing and it won't start today.
