RECALL ON TAILGATE AND OIL CHANGE

They provided my with a 2016 loaner while they worked on my truck and always asked if there was anything else… they could do for me. I can honestly say that my experience was totally stress free.Excellent Service.

She was able to answer all questions, kept me informed of the progress of my service and for my… questions on purchasing a new vehicle, promptly directed me to a sales associate. I like it when someone doesn't try to be competent in sales when there expertise is in service. That prevents any of my time wasted. I'm not saying she new nothing about sales but probably new I would be better served by someone who specializes in this. I am not financial ready to purchase another vehicle at this time, but because of her I will definitely return to Courtesy of Broussard to purchase my next vehicle. Just an fyi I have only been knowing Miss Lopez since the last few times I have brought my truck in for service.Rain Forest Green
