by jscott418 on 12/27/2010updated 08/05/2025We leased a 2010 Tacoma from this dealer. We lived in another State but they assured my Wife and I they could handle the deal. No they did not! Toyota voided the first lease because Oxmoor messed up on the paperwork. Never notifying us of… the mistake. I only found out when my first payment statement never came. Then they messed up our License plates and registration which took over 4 months and three temp plates before it was resolved. Then they only paid for half of the sales tax for my State because they miss figured it. I had to get a lawyer in order to get my copy of the lease agreement (the 2nd one). Even though for months they insisted they had already sent it too me. Although my lawyer managed to get them to finally send it overnight mail. Even though they were not suppose to have it? So now onto the truck which they could not find the proper mats for when we took delivery. The truck had a dead battery because apparently a technician had done a recall on it and left a light on. All I can say is you better ask plenty of questions because this dealer is about as shady as they come. Don't even bother complaining to Toyota Customer service about them because all Toyota does is send your complaint to the dealer to handle. What good it that Toyota? In all my years of buying a car I have never had so many issues with the dealer over things that they themselves promised could be handled. I swear we must have talked to a dozen different people at Oxmoor and all of them promised to resolve our issues and they never were. I regret ever setting foot in their showroom and found out the hard way how little Toyota stands behind its customers with dealer issues. I plan to never buy another Toyota because of their lack of commitment to resolve my issues with the dealer. I had several weeks where I did not legally have a valid license plate because Oxmoor failed to do the paperwork properly. They sent me another temporary one which I found out later was illegal to do. I could go on and on about my terrible experience but all I can say is buyer beware. Just do a search for Oxmoor and you will find plenty of unhappy ripped off customers. Even a representative I called from the Kentucky DMV was surprised they were still in business. That says something!Great experience

I had a 2004 Camry which I still owed some money on because I had bought it as a… "pre-owned" vehicle. I can honestly say I was treated very fairly. Oxmoor even had a seminar whereby new owners came in and learned all about the dealership. They were very professional. I will probably get my next vehicle from them as well.SWEET TACOMA..GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Lakin (salesman) called me within an hour and we had a smoking deal worked out in a matter of minutes. I… live over 200 miles away from the dealership. They defiantly made it worth my trip. by mahdyk on 07/11/2013updated 08/05/2025i went there to lease 2013 4runner, they throw some outrageous numbers on me which declined, simply when u add the lease payments plus my down payment they come up to 53000 $ (10K more MSRP) !!!! and when i asked for purchase offer they… said i can get 3% finance rate but they numbers they gave me implied about 6% interest rate using any financial calculator >>>> walk away from these people
