LOS! I learned long ago the importance of Level Of Service and how it can impact customers. The LOS at Lexus of Louisville was EXCELLENT. I have purchased several vehicles out of state. Not all of those purchases went as planned. Any and all concerns I had leading to the purchase of my '14 GS350 were handled promptly. This is my 3rd GS model purchased over the years. So, it is fair to say I know the quality Lexus offers. I left Indiana after a series of phone calls arriving in Louisville for my first visit to see the car. Lamont Coker (the salesman) was great throughout the process. I left with my Certified GS350 within a couple hours. Thank you Lamont for all your help! B. Rodriguez (Indiana)

Pleased For the Most Part

We had to switch dealerships and moved to Lexus of Louisville. We never felt that we were really valued at our last Lexus Dealership; but at Lexus of Louisville Fritz made us feel right at home. Beautiful dealership. It was a longer drive for us but worth it. Only negative being that the Sales Manager (Matt) does not return phone calls from customers; which is very irritating.

My experience with my sale was excellent, as it was also with my sales consultant. I got what I wanted at the price I wanted and also got a my price for my trade in vehicle. I was not pushed into anything I didn't want and was free to express my thoughts about what I didn't want. Once I decided on the vehicle I wanted, all necessary was done to make it happen. Totally Satisfied!!

Car buying in general ican be a painful experience but Lexus of Louisville surpassed all of my expectations. Kevin Green was courteous, knowledgeable and treated me and my wife with respect. They were more than fair with my trade - offering more than what the kbb website was quoting. They didn't try to play any tricks with the pricing and made it very easy to make our choice. My only regret is that Lexus are known for their reliability so probably won't have a chance to deal with Kevn again anytime soon. If you are in the market for a nice ride - look no further than Lexus of Louisville and don't forget to ask for Kevin!

My experience at Lexus of Louisville was remarkable. Most people will agree that car buying is not a pleasant experience. Lack of trust is probably the number one reason. Without a shadow of doubt, my Lexus expletive was incredible. Matt and Fritz were so easy and pleasant to work with. I went to every major dealer in town and no one was willing to negotiate like Lexus. As a professional, I like to negotiate. If a dealer does not show a willingness to negotiate, it is a huge turn off. Any large purchase, I believe, is like a business contract. It should be a two way, dynamic agreement in which both sides are willing to keep providing concessions until a comfortable arrangement is reached in which both parties feel like they have achieved concessions and landed in the perfect place. Anything less and professionals walk away. It seems other dealers don't get it. Matt and Fritz were very aware that I could walk away and spend my money somewhere else. As a result, they repeatedly negotiated until we reached a fair agreement. But on top of that, they treated me like a valued customer, always being sure to thank me for my business, and ensure that I was satisfied and comfortable. Definitely a gold star experience! I would recommend them to my family and dear friends.

Lexus Experience

Let me start out by saying that to me purchasing a car ranks right up there with visiting the dentist - a necessary function but not always a pleasant one. Over the length of my car buying years, I've walked out of a dealership three times when it became apparent sales personnel were more interested in getting top dollar than treating me fairly. That wasn't the case with Lexus of Louisville. Sales personnel were helpful, listened, and weren't pushy. Overall, a pleasant enough experience and one that resulted in a new ES300h sitting in my garage. Now, if I can just get used to a car that "starts" silently.
