Car buying in general ican be a painful experience but Lexus of Louisville surpassed all of my expectations. Kevin Green was courteous, knowledgeable and treated me and my wife with respect. They were more than fair with my trade - offering more than what the kbb website was quoting. They didn't try to play any tricks with the pricing and made it very easy to make our choice. My only regret is that Lexus are known for their reliability so probably won't have a chance to deal with Kevn again anytime soon.
