Great customer service

I think that’s a common trait for all Honda locations I have visited in Louisville, but regardless, it is good to be treated with understanding. by Beth on 01/12/2019Went in to test drive a few cars to narrow down my search. Only wanted me to drive around the block. That is far to insufficient to test a model out. All sales person wanted to talk about was pushing refinancing. A person needs to be… comfortable with a vehicle before they are ready to purchase!!! Working on focusing on customer needs goes a ling way in getting them to purchase! Will not be going back.
