    100% positive. Mickey was outstanding. Asked the right questions. He knew I was coming in from out of town and had everything possible done in advance. Including answering texts after business hours. A true pro! Same with the gal that finalized the paperwork - in and out in a couple of minutes. Mickey was also knowledgeable on the functions of the truck and electronics. Most of the time I know more about the truck than the sales guy. Not in this case. He walked me thru setup of key functions and didn’t waste my time on the small stuff.

  • Recalls brakes, steering, what's next GM

    Recall work not fixing problem, my symptoms still mimic steering recall, they say they fixed it, but symptoms stíll serious. Stalling in low speed turning of wheel, several dash lights during episode, lights dim when turning wheel, I got $600 in parts and labor for steering sensor, next day original symptoms. Guess not the parts and service you sold me. Now what? 2014 Sierra 1500 Crew

  • Repair needed

    After being told by another dealership that they couldn't fix the front panel of my car (even though was under warranty) I called Courtesy and they got me in. Unfortunately, they had to order the part needed to fix my car. Took about a week to get the part in and contact me. They got me in on a Saturday morning and got everything taken care of quickly. Staff is always polite and helpful.

    I am from out of town and needed a recall and a repair. The service adviser got me scheduled the next day. They determined the repair would take 24 hours so they put me in a loaner vehicle so I could get work done all day.

    My husband and I purchased a used car with no warranty at Sam Swope on Dixie last week. We joked with our salesperson and the finance person that we hoped we were not getting a "lemon"; and of course, they assured us that their mechanics make sure that nothing is wrong with any of their cars. Three days later the "check engine" light came on. We took it to a mechanic who told us that the temperature gauge was stuck. When we told him that we had just bought it "as is", he suggested that we take it the dealer and see if they would fix it at no cost. In his opinion, if something was wrong with the temperature gauge, it did not just happen after we bought it - it was an existing problem and should have been fixed by them. In fact, he even pointed out that some dealers turn the check engine light off so that purchasers aren't aware of any issues. We took it to the dealer, and they told us they would fix it, but we would have to pay for the part and the labor. They would not budge at all. We always buy used cars and have never had any problems, but this was our first purchase from Sam Swope; and we are very disappointed. We will not recommend them to any of our friends nor will we ever purchase another vehicle from them.
