by Charlie on 11/04/2024I had an appointment at 9:00 am and arrived at 8:45 am. The service writers were very nice. I sat there and waited for my truck to be serviced and it took until after 11:00am for them to tell me that it was finished but they did come out… earlier and tried to sell me on an injector cleaning process and new wiper blades. I knew that I didn't need the wiper blades and i though that the injector cleaning could be done just as good by putting an additive in the gas tank when i fill up. I do believe that with the appointment that i should have been finished in about an hour instead of over two hours.An Excellent Experince at Ood hatfield Chevrolet

I know I can come to Rod Hatfield in a pinch and they will get me in asap. The advanced technology is another boon I like. I drive… through the door and I can see the results for my tire alignment and the service that is due on their screen. I also bought a car from Rod Hatfield years ago. I got a fabulous deal and was satisfied with car.

by Unsatisfied on 01/03/2023After further investigation, I discovered my Lifetime Powertrain warranty was voided before the first oil change because I went below 20% oil life. This was NEVER mentioned when I purchased my new vehicle. So I have been driving 1 hour and… wasting my time fir an oil change when I could have it done at my local certified dealership. Also, what does a tire rotation have to do with a powertrain??? Seems the warranty/loyalty program is voided if you don’t pay extra to rotate tires at oil change. Also, I am a snow bird and winter in FL. I was told if an oil change came due and I serviced my vehicle at a certified dealership in FL, the powertrain warranty would be voided. Guess they would rather have you continue driving the vehicle without an oil change!!!! This dealership is very crooked and out for the money, not customer satisfaction. It gives the Chevrolet brand a VERY BAD image!! I would not want them in my Chevrolet family if I owned a network of dealerships!! TERRIBLE DEALERSHIP!!Outstanding Service
