Experience with Quantrell car salesman,Val
by pamelaj3 on 07/21/2017Val was very knowledgable about the packages and features on each of the vehicles in which I was interested. He was very patient and answered all my questions. There was never any pressure to buy any of the cars. He sent a nice email to… me the following day. Then I was given the space and time to make up my own mind. Val is a rarity among car salesmen. He is a nice person and was a joy to work with. After I made my purchase I was still offered support. Val programmed the car for me and talked me through the dashboard features so I would be able to safely drive the car. He also told me about the audio system and how to obtain help in an emergency or breakdown. He told me about all the supports that Subaru and Quantrell have in place for the owners of their vehicles. Buying this car was actually a pleasant experience given Val's expertise and concern for me as his customer. Thank youThank you for the perfect review! Quick and easy, service and sales

When I saw the new 2017 Outback Touring it peaked my interest in… upgrading. When I came in my wife and I meet Roy and was immediately welcomed. Roy was friendly, informative and not pushy. Trade in and sale was very quick and easy. My wife owns a Volvo from Quantrell and I now have my new Subaru Outback from Quantrell. Pre-Owned Success at Quantrell!

Don Bates was very patient with me as I actually visited the dealership on three separate occasions to drive and then re-drive a… pre-owned Outback. He was not pushy or overbearing-he simply gave me the time that I needed to buy this car. When I finally decided to purchase the Outback, I was turned over to the pre-owned finance manager, Bob Mullins, and my experience just kept getting better at Quantrell! These two have left an impression on me that will send me back to Quantrell when I'm ready for another Subaru for my son. At 38 and having bought 5 vehicles at car dealerships, this is the first time that I felt like the salesman and finance manager were working for me, not to just sell me a vehicle. Don Bates and Bob Mullins were fantastic to work with and I left spending what I had originally wanted to. She was not overbearing as… expected of most car salespeople and made the experience completely enjoyable. When we discussed the financials with the finance manager, she was very bubbly, respectful and kind. She explained the options and processes in simple terms without being condescending.Great Experience!
