    Contacted dealer as soon as I saw listing. They responded 24 hours later with info on the car I inquired about. When I texted them directly they stated that the car was no longer available. Here it is 15 hours later and the car is still listed. I feel baited.

    I can't say enough about how happy I am with my purchase of a Nissan Murano from Dave Sharp. Not only is it a great car, but the salesperson has gone above and beyond to make sure that I am satisfied...from just checking in to making sure that my service has been excellent. This dealership and it's staff are wonderful!!

    Have you ever went to a dealership and felt uncomfortable and like you were just being lied to? Well, I have. Refreshingly, David Sharpe was a breath of fresh air. He made things easy to understand and very honest. I just got a great vibe from the beggininng. He really helped me into something that fit my needs - which is so important. He was a straight shooter and so nice. GREAT customer service. I couldn't say enough great things.. consider Dave when shopping! He got me into a brand new Sonata, it's amazing!! And FYI - the seats really are stain resistant, as he explained to me, my fiancés daughter broke it in with an upset stomach. GO HYUNDAI AND DAVID!!! #daveydoesit

    I cannot say enough about the sales experience at Don Franklin Hyundai. My salesman, Dave Sharpe, was extremely knowledgeable, cordial, honest, and quite the comedian. Dave went out of his way to help me find the perfect car and made sure I got all the add-ons I wanted for an extremely fair price. Dave made me feel very comfortable with the whole car buying experience!!!

    I recently purchased a Hyundai Elantra at Don Franklin Hyundai in Lexington, Kentucky. I have never been so pleased with the customer service I received. No one asked me to write this and this is 100% my own opinion. My 2008 Hyundai Azera was recently considered a total loss and I was in need of a car QUICK and at a very specific price point. Dawn, my sales representative, was tentative, empathetic, and all around provided me with excellent service. She worked with Brad, Scott, and Misty who also treated me with the upmost respect and made it clear they were trying to find me the best deal, given my circumstances. For all of this, I am so appreciative. I left the dealership today feeling satisfied both with the price and experience. I will absolutely refer my friends and family to this dealership. I will also return to this dealership for all of my maintenance and to purchase additional cars in the future.
