by Bradley on 04/12/2025There was some confusion on price. Cars.com showed $23,004. Bob Allen website showed $27,000. The email I received from sherry jones said $21,004. I was told that the email from sherry was AI and couldn't sell me the car at that price. Even… though it did come from a contracted third party and bob allen employee. Which in my option is false advertisement.Hi Bradley, we appreciate your honest review. We set a high standard for ourselves, so we are disappointed to hear that your experience with us was not a positive one.

We had been shopping for a new vehicle all day that day in Lexington and we were so unimpressed with the salesman there. They… were trying so hard to push us in to buying what they wanted to sale and not what we were looking for in a new vehicle. Jim listened to what my wife wanted and quickly pointed us in the right direction for a vehicle and was so thorough in showing my wife everything about the Pathfinder she was interested in.
