We made several stops to the dealership and discussed everything with Andy Hanck/Sales and Matt… Riegler/Finance over the course of that year. They both were very helpful and never once pressured us at any time. When we finally decided to buy the process could not been any smoother. by tmp12 on 12/04/2019We visited this Kerry in Alexandria on Nov 20 2019. We began working with a younger salesman who was nice and treated us with respect. Once we gave him our bottom line, the finance guy came in. This isn't our first vehicle purchase, so we… know how it works. The man treated us like we were inexperienced teenagers, which we are not. He first insulted us telling us that our numbers would never work and there was no way we were going to work a deal. When we told him we had a cosigner with excellent credit he insulted us even more. He never went back to the finance department to talk to anyone, just a flat out no, regardless of our cosigner, whose credit had already been run and was Approved. It was after 7pm, the dealership closed at 7pm and we were basically rushed out. We asked the sales man to follow up with us the next day but we've never heard a word. We were planning on purchasing a brand new Hyundai Tucson. The promotion at the time, was test drive a vehicle and get a $50 gift card. I had the coupon and the code that I was emailed for that and have NEVER received it. I've tried to follow up several times and no one has contacted me back. We purchased a brand new vehicle elsewhere, 2 days later, and we couldn't have been treated any better at the other dealership. I will never return to Kerry Hyundai and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.Painless and comfortable!

No pressure and strove to be helpful in every way. If you need a car, or think you need a car, I highly recommend him. Also the… other gentlemen that I had contact with were helpful and I had absolutely no complaints with their service. My Bluetooth hasn't been completely worked out but I know that it will be.Excellent Experience

And all she talked about was adam this, adam that, Adam got me a good deal. Adam was so nice and sweet, to… be honest easy on the eyes. But over all he went above and beyond and I do appriciate his efforts. Adam you ROCK!!!
