My buying experience was great! Parker Luck was our salesperson & he treated us like family (honest & open). He drove the car & got familiar with it (including CarFax report) before we arrived. Marty, the sales manager, walked us through the numbers and answered our questions. I did my homework so I knew he gave me a fair price. And Finance did not pressure me into buying add-ons. The whole process was easy & stress free. I highly recommend Parker Luck & the team at Kerry Chevrolet-Hyundai of Alexandria.

Great Experience

This was by far the best experience that I have had working with a dealership. Andy made it an stress-free and cooperative discussion and helped me nail down a payment for my ideal car that made sense for me. Matt answered all of my questions when walking me through all of the new technology and functions in the car. I could not recommend working with Kerry in Alexandria more!

Gabe and Kerry Chevrolet family was the best we have dealt with. Gabe was friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He helped us deal to get the payment we wanted. Aaron was a big help too. My husband and I said we never felt pressured which made the deal so much!! Highly recommend Kerry Chevrolet and be sure to ask for Gabe!!

What a fantastic dealership! My sales associate, Gabe Kremer was a pleasure to work with. I traveled from out state, once I arrived at the dealership Gabe had everything prepared and ready for a quick and seamless delivery. Thank you Gabe I love my new truck!!

Andy was a fantastic salesperson, a very customer-centric and knowledgeable guy with a great personality. Everyone else we met there was great as well. Facility was very nice and overall the trip from Indy to get the exact model we wanted was worth it!

Had a great experience with their service dept

After failed attempts of getting our local Chevy dealership/service department to resolve a AC fan motor issue, I decided to take my car to Kerry Chevrolet and see if they'd be able to help fix it under warranty. This was something many other Camaro owners experienced and had no problem getting their local service dept to handle the problem. Kerry Chevrolet's service department took the time to listen to my concerns and had it fixed the same day without handing me a bill.

Be Warned.

My visit to Kerry Chevrolet Service in Alexandria, Kentucky cost me dearly and people should be warned. My vehicle was still under a factory powertrain warranty when the engine very suddenly lost power and died at the side of the road. While I wont bore you with details it was evident the head gasket was blown. Kerry Chevrolet got hung up on a replacement heater core hose and diagnosed that as the cause of engine failure even though the hose never caused the issue. GM denied the claim based off a diagnosis that three separate Chevrolet service managers said, given the circumstances, was likely NOT the issue. So I am out thousands due to horrendously bad diagnostic capability. Furthermore they took apart my engine without my permission and would not take that off my diagnostic bill even though it was unnecessary (other ways to check for a blown head gasket) and they did not have my permission to do so. In any event, I hope you read this before its too late. I am transferring my vehicle to a more reputable dealership and will post a follow up to this review upon their diagnosis.

I was in the market for a used vehicle and visited Kerry Chevrolet. Randy is the sales person who assisted me with my search and purchase. The overall experience was great and convenient. Randy made it easy and was very professional in meeting my needs for a used vehicle. He was able to quickly find a couple of cars from your inventory that met my needs for pricing, reliability and gas economy. I would recommend Randy to my friends and family who are in the market for a new or used vehicle.

I utilized the Edmunds price quote- I didn't receive any pricing on-line, although I received several follow-up emails. On my initial visits to the dealership, I felt I was not taken seriously as a married woman shopping for a car by herself. (Since it would be "my" car, and my husband's work schedule is unusual, I needed to do the shopping.) I wanted to drive several makes/models to help choose the best car for me. Initially, I found the experience mostly frustrating. When it came time to complete the deal, the finance manager Josh was very friendly and responsive. The salesman, Josh, took time to show me how to use the car's features and set up my phone for Bluetooth. By the time I left, I had a positive feeling about the dealership.
