I drove 2.5 hours from KC to buy my MDX hybrid. The phone communication throughout… the week couldn't have gone any better. When I arrived at the dealership all the work that you would normally wait on was completed and paperwork was ready to sign. The vehicle was detailed and had a full tank of gas. I will definitely be back!!Great experience!

He sold me on a Toyota RAV4 and it was in really good shape (the car I mean). (But to be fair, Greg also looks like he works the weights… at the gym.) Greg was very instrumental in my decision to buy the RAV4. Answered all my questions, even the obscure ones: Is there a 2" receiver hitch available? What is the tongue weight? Where's the button for the gas cap? I will definitely look up Greg Jones when I trade up to my next car; probably an electric vehicle. I believe that I got a very reasonable deal on the RAV4 from Greg Jones at Walser Acura.MDX purchase!

Both were excellent vehicles and the purchase process was the easiest, smoothest, and quickest I have ever experienced at any dealership. Earl Wood helped us out on… both. Earl is extremely professional and knowledgeable, but even more than that he genuinely wants to help. He will gout out of his way to ensure you are satisfied. Would definitely buy from Walser Acura again and highly recommend Earl.5 star

He sent videos of the 2022 Countryman inside while running at… night, outside on the car lot, and after the protection coat was applied. We made arrangement for a test drive and made the trade. I felt very confident Mathew knew Mini’s and was not just wanting to make a sale.Highly Recommend
